I'm a regular guest here, staying once or twice a month. The rooms are always clean, and the prices are reasonable. The front desk staff and the cleaning ladies are all very welcoming and always help me promptly with any issues. Overall, it's a great experience, and I'll definitely keep staying here.

Traveling with one adult and one child was no problem. It's not far from the pedestrian street, just a short stroll away. There's parking available, which is convenient if you're driving. No breakfast provided, but you can easily find something to eat on the street.

Very conveniently located. Right opposite a bus terminal. We boarded bus no. 18 from the Mei Zhou West station to this terminal. The hotel is right opposite the bus terminal. Across the street, you can also find a lot of shops. Just continue walking for about 10-15 minutes to reach the popular pedestrian street: JiaYing Old street. The nearest bus stand (not the bus terminal) which is less than five minutes walk diagonally opposite the hotel will allow you to catch the bus to the Hakka museum. It is worth going to the Hakka museum to have a in depth understanding about the Hakka clans in this part of the world. The other interesting place to visit is NanKou, Hakka villages where you can see Hakka Dragon houses or Wei Long Wu. Buses#9 and #24 travel to and fro Mei Jiang city and NanKou village. The hotel room is clean, sound-proof, spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff are generally helpful except one whom we met during the day shift. She seemed to be reluctant to help us when we asked about the local attractions. And unlike the other hotels that we have been staying in, we were told that we will be charged 3 yuan for one extra bottle of water. But later they still gave us two extra bottles without any charges. Thank you.

This hotel is exquisite and has a great atmosphere; we had a pleasant stay. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel offers a spacious parking lot.

The place is clean and comfortable—very thoughtful in every detail, like fresh water in the room every day. They even provide condoms (a $15 charge applies if opened), which I've never seen anywhere else. Extra towels are available too, with fresh ones provided daily. The lobby is very contemporary and elegant, and smells good. I would be happy to go back again.

Nice interior decoration. Great location with a couple of bus lines going there The ancient city is walkable. The 锺客家餐厅is a few doors to the right upon exiting this hotel. That's where I took my dinner upon arrival. Delicious and reasonably priced.

Great value for money and convenient location, it really made me want to go out and explore! ( ´͈ ᵕ `͈ )◞♡ The staff were all super nice, proactive, and enthusiastic, and even helped me with a small issue 😁

This hotel is quite close to the Old Street, making shopping very convenient. It also has parking, which is great for self-driving tourists. The staff here provide good service, and the hygiene is acceptable.

Exceeded my expectations for the price! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. My stay completely blew my expectations out of the water – definitely a five-star review! The location is super convenient, right by the main road. The room was much tidier than I expected, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for a restful night's sleep. All the essentials were provided: toiletries, AC, and fast Wi-Fi that handled streaming and work without a hitch. The biggest surprise was the value for money. To get a hotel of this quality at this price is an absolute steal. The front desk service was also very attentive, with quick check-in and patient answers to all my questions. If I'm ever in this area again, this will be my top choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value!

The hotel is located at a crossroads, directly opposite the bus station and a convenient 7-8 minute walk from the old town. It's quite newly renovated, with a clean and well-maintained wet/dry bathroom setup, and it's also very warm. Definitely recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The room was much larger than expected, very clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. We are very happy with our stay, the only thing that could improve is that the room smelled a lot from cigarettes though we requested a non smoking room. But all the employees was very kind and made up for that. We especially wanna praise receptionist Zhou Li who works the afternoon shift. She went out of her way to help us and make us comfortable during our stay. She is very friendly and kind.

Location was okay. Service was good. Unfortunately, the bath towels provided were in poor condition. Both had frayed edges and one had a hole in it. It's either to use them or to pay for disposable towels. I think a boutique hotel should not have towels in such bad condition. Other than that, it's quite a comfortable stay.
