Hotel terbaik di Kuala Terengganu

so far semua ok , hotel dia more too islamic sikit . dalam bilik pon di sediakan Al-quran ************* 🥰 cuma sbelum nak keluar dri hotel tuh agak leceh sikit , sbb kene pegi reception untuk touch kita punya touch n go . tapi everything i likee sgt 💜

Memuaskan untuk sebuah hotel yang lama wujud di Kuala Terengganu. Saya booking untuk 2 katil single tetapi dapat untuk 1 katil queen sahaja. Ia disebabkan Trip.com adalah 3rd party booking yang booking untuk customer. Jadi ada berlaku kekeliruan di situ untuk jenis bilik yang dipilih. Semuanya memuaskan dari sarapan pagi, bilik dan kolam renang. Parking pun mudah sahaja. Boleh parking di tepi jalan @ hotel sahaja. Parking di dalam hotel amat terhad jika masuk lambat. Bilik yang saya tempah juga, dapat pemandangan terus ke drawbridge dan kolam renang hotel. Pemandangan muara sungai Kuala Terengganu yang sungguh indah dan cantik. Dekat juga dengan Pasar Payang, dan tempat menarik lain di sana. Hotel ini juga terletak di sebelah Restoran Ikan Singgang.

The hotel staff called me on the morning of check-in date to remind me of my booking and to confirm my check-in time. There’s a touch of attentiveness in this gesture. The family room is value for money for two nights’ stay in a strategic location (near Kuala Terengganu Chinatown). The hotel does not have its own car park; parking is the public parking bays along the street (daily rates are applicable but we didn’t have to pay because our stay was during the public holidays and the weekend). Our request for four single beds was fulfilled. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in this hotel. Just a bit of advice for future guests: There’s no elevator service in the building. Hence, please do not rate this hotel badly because of this fact. This hotel is near a mosque/ surau, so morning prayers can be heard clearly. Whilst this does not bother my family (this is after all rather common in Malaysia), light sleepers should take note. Again, please do not rate this hotel badly because of the morning prayers being heard.

We came during Terengganu Bike Week 2022. All hotels were jammed-packed with motorcyclists. The exterior & lobby of the hotel is well-maintained, but there were bottles & lots of cigg butts thrown by irresponsible guests. Breakfast was good. Got nasi minyak, nasi dagang & western buffet. But I didn't taste their nasi dagang. Our room was 255. The carpet and furniture were very old. What freaked me was, that there was a mysterious figure at the end of the corridor in the photo I took. I am very sure that NOBODY was there. Take a look at the last photo. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. We had a good sleep, with no disturbance. Please be reminded that they don't provide toothbrushes.

My partner had chosen Ming Paragon as our home for 3 nights in Kuala Terengganu as it was centrally located & close to many places of interest. It proved to be a good decision as much research had taken place prior to our holiday. Our flight had arrived in mid-morning. But since check-in was at 2:00 pm, we had brunch first & visited 2 places of interest to kill time. We arrived at the hotel just before 2:00 pm & parked the car in front of Ming Paragon as we were not aware that the hotel’s parking was behind the building. We had also used a parking app to pay for the street parking. Check-in was fast & hassle-free. There was no porter or concierge service as this is a 3-star hotel. We carried our luggage ourselves. Our room was on the 1st floor. It was smaller than I expected. However, it was decent & clean. The mattress was not as comfortable but the strategic location more than made up for it. The air-conditioning was good & at least there was floor space for us to pray. The bathroom was a good size. The water pressure was equally good. Best of all, it was equipped with a hand-bidet. That was a pleasant surprise as it was a Chinese hotel to begin with & I half expected it not to have one. The shower gel, shampoo & conditioner smelled good too. A hair-dryer was also available. WiFi was available & complimentary. However, the TV reception wasn’t good. There was much interference. Since we were mostly outdoors, it didn’t bother us so much. Although there was no refrigerator, there was a coffee & tea-making facility. A central fridge was available in the lobby. Hence, we had left our food in their chiller. We had parked at the hotel’s designated parking in the evening. A security guard watches over our car free of charge as it was complimentary for hotel guests. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in Terengganu as Ming Paragon Hotel had met our expectations.

Hotel transit, bilik deluxe quadruple, dua katil double, bilik mempunyai balkoni kecil tetapi unit luar penghawa dingin sangat bising. Kebersihan hotel adalah sederhana, terdapat pepijat kecil, lokasi sangat dekat dengan Chinatown, anda boleh berjalan kaki ke sana, terdapat 711 dan farmasi berhampiran hotel.
