We selected the property location due to the proximity to some family business close by. I was not excited about staying at the airport but it turned out to not be a problem. We were very excited to see they had a breakfast as usually we are very pleased with the quality and amount of options available. I would rate this breakfast a 4 out of 10 unfortunately. I heard several guest speaking about the weakness of the coffee & I agreed. I don't understand why a why a brand new hotel would want to water down their coffee. Most of the primary items for breakfast that were hot were barely that and seemed like they were left over from the day before. I was not impressed at all, actually I was disappointed. The design of the bathroom sink was not thought out thoroughly as it was difficult to wash your hands with the space below the faucet and over the side of the sink. The windows were large and the view was lovely from our corner room. Everyone and our family complained about the fellows being too big and unable to flatten out to get a good comfortable position for your head. we all struggled through the night with our pillows, making us uncomfortable with stiff necks... Our room was spacious and the layout was very nice. Considering everything we will probably not be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I stepped in. The room was not only immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable environment.
The amenities were outstanding – from the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing pool area. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was diverse. What truly stood out, though, was the attention to detail and the commitment to guest satisfaction.
The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The entire experience was a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable stay. Kudos to the staff for making my time here truly exceptional.

Loved the room. Roomy, very quiet, layout well thought out. Only thing is the bed creaked but otherwise was EXTREMELY soft & comfy especially for a handicapped senior like me. This is the second time in six months that we’ve stayed here. My brother & his daughter visited us and now they want to stay there for a weekend.

I cant say enough good things about this hotel. Everything was perfect. I was sorry it was only a one night stay because I would have enjoyed trying out the pool and enjoying a cocktail at the bar. This was 100% better than the last hotel we stayed at in Melbourne Florida, and we'll be back

The rooms were comfortable and nice. The food at restaurant was delicious and so was breakfast. The customer service was so so. There was a young girl working front desk and as waitress for restaurant the night we stayed, she was pregnant and apparently having a bad night cause she was rude sometimes and came off as not wanting to work. She would joke to us to not ask her for anything cause she didnt feel like working. Some training in customer service wouldnt hurt this young lady.

This is a newer hotel however it is showing its age rather quickly. The bed was not comfortable and the carpet in the rooms is already showing wear. They had a leak in the lobby that they fixed rather quickly but they left some valves closed after the repair so several rooms were left without the ability to use the shower. We were assured this would be repaired quickly but it lasted for our entire trip. Eventually they moved us to a new room. Only one desk staff person was sympathetic or helpful. The remainder of the staff just kind of laughed and shook their head when we told them we couldn't use the shower. They said there were several rooms like that but offered no solution. Overall a very disappointing stay
