Very clean and newly renovated airport hotel, provide excellent complimentary airport transfer service on demand. Had a quiet stay with good rest, totally can't hear the noise from aircraft as is not under the flying path, although just situated less than 10 mins drive away from airport. Room amenities were sufficient and good, especially the high power hairdryer and heating bulb to keep the bathroom warm. The only downside is they did not provide any bottle drinking water, otherwise would be a perfect score!

This hotel is located close to Terminal 4 of Melbourne Airport, reachable on foot. The check-in experience is fast and happens by typing in all your details in an online form that, once approved, it allows you to get an automatic receipt and room key. The restaurant is lovely and offers delicious food. The rooms are quite comfortable. The only downside is that they don’t provide in-room water. Excellent choice if you have a night layover or if your flight is delayed.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise as a stopover from Melbourne to Cairns. It's very close to the airport and offers a free airport transfer service. The hotel is clean and tidy, with spacious rooms and wide beds. There's also a gym. The food in the restaurant is delicious and all free of charge. There's a big projector screen in the restaurant for movies, which is very enjoyable.

A very convenient trolley push of luggage across the walkway straight out of the terminal. No need for any transfer rides, no waiting. There is a deposit on the room credit card or, at the time of writing, $100 cash is quicker on refund at checkout. A pool and gym. Attached restaurant for convenience. Very nice friendly staff. The room was spacious and had all the amenities one would require. Multiple parking options too. We were told at check-in that no housekeeping service would be available for this booking. However, it was a pleasant surprise to find that housekeeping had visited after the 2nd night.

Taxi driver from Tullamarine at 2am got angry about short distance - but that was not the hotel's fault. On arrival, my key was in a safe, and the code had been texted to me. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was able to sleep soundly after a day of flights and airports. The bathroom was spotless, and towels and toiletries well provided. The reception staff, both on phone and in person, were very efficient and helpful, and the cleaning staff member I spoke with truly brightened my day with her friendly and helpful manner.I shall certainly return next time I fly to Melbourne.

From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. Best night's sleep away from home for ages.

Amazing stay, with an amazing gym and delicious breakfast. The lobby bar is amazing with some very yummy prawn pasta as well.

Our flight was cancelled and I need to stay a night in Melbourne. I booked Holiday Inn in Trip.com and 5 mins later the room reservation was confirmed and the room was so spacious, the staff was so helpful! The breakfast buffet choice was not that much, but it was tasty!

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for a short stay or an overnight stopover. The price is reasonable, and it served its purpose well for a one-night rest. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was very basic, just bread with spreads, milk, and cereal which didn’t feel substantial for a hotel breakfast. The TV selection was also limited to basic channels with no entertainment options. Overall, it’s a good choice if you just need a place to rest before or after a flight, but don’t expect much in terms of breakfast or room entertainment.
