Hotel Perniagaan Terbaik di Melbourne

I must say the location is 10/10 as its just a block away from southern cross station. We took the airport skybus and took a short walk w our 2 toddlers to hotel to and fro with our 4 check in baggages with ease. Coles” also across the street with tons of food options nearby. Its also within free tram zone so another great plus for us! Our rooms came with Continental breakfast. Selection during breakfast wasn’t great, but kids and us weren’t fussy. Our room smell a little stale when we check in initially but most times we were out and about and after a while, not as noticeable. Generally a fuss free hotel with great value. Certainly hope to be back soon!

Recently had 5 nights at this hotel with breakfast included in daily tariff. Excellent hotel in great location for the theatre district. Easy walking distance to free trams and multitude of mainly Asian restaurants. The room was well appointed and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.. Haven't slept so well for ages.. The room was cleaned and made up every morning with clean towels etc. The sheets were changed after 3 nights. Breakfast was adequate with several cold selections as well as tasty hot selections of bacon, eggs, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and other daily changes. All staff were very helpful and pleasant but the standout was 'Guy' We had several interactions with him and he was amazing in his caring customer service. This hotel is very lucky to have him onboard. He was extremely helpful on all levels and a really nice genuine man. Will gladly return to this hotel on the next sojourn to Melbourne.

Location was perfect to stroll along Yarra River and adventure a good food with so many choices of fine restaurants. The room we booked was perfect view even just stay in the room we can relaxing just enjoy the Yarra River and city of Melbourne. Definitely will be back money well spent

Generally, the hotel room was clean except the cups were not washed and kept. The location was great as it is very near to Melbourne Central Station and walking distance to Queen Victoria Market and State Library. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Budget hotel with very central location. Just steps away from flinders street station, and located near to multiple tram stops. There many shopping malls nearby as well. Overall a budget and comfy stay. Heater was provided for winter.

Can’t complain , first hostel experience is great

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

This hotel located in Ringwood and around 30 minutes drive to Yarra valley or Dandenong area. The hotel located above major shopping centre so it’s convenience, location also next to train station. Room are spacious and bed are comfortable. Parking is available for $10 per night. The only downside is they do not provide room cleaning on Sunday so If you stay 2 night like us, from Saturday to Monday, you won’t get the room serviced as they don’t have housekeeper on Sunday. Very strange rule and it was not inform when we made the booking

Staff were very helpful, it was quite clear that there were several new staff doing their best and learning on the job, great to see in the hospitality industry. Ordering was a little confusing but we got there in the end. Unfortunately a mishap with the wrong beer being poured, the staff quickly corrected this. Arancini special was awesome. Pork cutlet main excellent. New steak knives maybe needed. Room very well presented. Would really like to see hand sanitiser available as you exit the toilets as all venues should. A pity I have to mark this 4/5, better rated 93/100. Definitely will stay and dine again.😉

Lovely modern room & very clean. Ground floor request was honoured thank you Quality as there are no elevators to the 2nd floor. So be ware if mobility issues Parking is not outside your room so be mindful of that. Reception very friendly & helpful. Only gripe would be to the restaurant/bar. Upon checkin we could see an entry via reception into the poker machine area which we thought normal. Not so as only open due to a wedding or conference. So you then have to go all the way round to the front to the Hotel to the restaurant. Bit inconvenient esp as it was raining. Could drive around but had had a cple of drinks so did the right thing & walked. I otherwise would have given 5 stars. Location not as close as we expected to airport & given Melb traffic leaving that bit earlier is always recommended
