This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

Pengguna TetamuThe hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip.
Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

CcadeCMy stay was excellent from the moment I arrived. The reception team was fantastic and allowed me an early check-in, which was a great start
.
The room itself was well designed — compact and efficient, yet it still had everything I needed. I slept well despite some occasional road and train noise, which was minimal and never disruptive. The only minor frustration in the bedroom was the low power outlets next to the bed; if the bed shifted slightly, they would bump into my charging devices.
The bathroom had a few small issues. The basin tap was overly sensitive — even a light touch sent water gushing out with force and onto the floor. The chrome towel rails were too smooth, so towels kept slipping off, and the shower head sprayed at awkward angles. The hot water also made a loud groaning noise when turned on fully, so I had to use more cold water than usual to keep the temperature comfortable.
One other small note: when I angled the air conditioning toward the bed, I noticed lint and dust particles falling from the shelves above. A quick clean would easily fix this.
On the positive side, the elevators were spacious and fast, and the staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay.
Overall, these were all very minor issues that could be easily resolved. I found the room comfortable, well-priced, and the service excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of food options and convenient transportation. There are also clubs nearby for nightlife.
The room is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The location is excellent 👍
Next time I travel with my family, I will definitely stay here again 💖

Pengguna TetamuWe booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid.
What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though.
However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown ****** Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is v new, just opened recently so the facilities are kinda cool. It’s like half hostel half hotel vibe where there is a common space, gym and kitchen at level 1. The gym is super cool, should check out if you have time, there is small tvs in front which could display exercise guiding video.
The kitchen sometimes can get dirty especially the sink there, it might clock and has fly. You generally fill up water at the sink there so you might mind and gets quite disgusted.
There is no slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, tea and water provided in the room. Without slippers, it can be quite cold stepping into the bathroom. The room is quite dark, there isn’t a bulb at the top of the room so it’s designed such that you just get back to hotel and have sleep. You also can’t get light near the end of the room.
The staffs said they will do housekeeping for every 4 days so let’s say you stay up for 3 days, no one will come and clean up the room for you. Good and bad.
The hotel wifi sometimes will lost connection, maybe there is too many people using, I’m not sure but it’s quite annoying.
The shower holder is too tall, definitely higher than 2m, not user-friendly.
The location is v accessible, there is a tram station called queen Victoria market nearby and it’s within free tram zone. There is a 7 11 at the end of the street, convenient to grab something fast. If you like Asian food especially Chinese/ Malaysian, there is quite a lot of options you can choose from
