Very unfortunate we didn’t get the tallest floor, we stayed in 54th floor, so didn’t quite get the scenery I wanted. Windows were a bit dirty. But overall nice Place to stay

Clean room with really great amenities. View from room was also amazing.

Really nice location and friendly people at the reception. The view was amazing during night as well as in the morning! We only missed the clean towels and refill of sugar 2 days.

DISASTER!! Pls DONT come!! It was such a NIGHTMARE. Bad attitude when checking in and out. No one in reception to answer the phone. They off at 11 and you have to go downstairs if u have any need. The ironic thing is that it is a 4-star hotel, but u cant get any service. No air conditioner inside the bedroom!!! Fragile and dangerous glass door in the bathroom. Not recommended if with kids or anyone. Also, the shower head is on top and it’s not movable!!? Sky view completely blocked by buildings. We paid for a sky view room, but nothing we can see but buildings and neighbors. The dish washer is smelly and unhygienic. We need to hand wash again when we take the dishes out. Room keeping, they won’t change the bedsheet. They only help you make bed and give new towels. They won’t give a **** to the rubbish on the floor. But I’m glad I tried something remarkable which is a type of pillow that I haven’t tried in my life, a pillow that is as hard as a rock and makes you feel worse than waking up all night. IT TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

The Sky view room we got was on the 67th floor, a gorgeous view and superb central location near lots of food and grocery options. The only issue we had was that the wifi was very slow especially from late afternoon till night, and data coverage was also spotty, maybe due to the high floor? Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend

Beautiful place

Everything is good but the wifi is slow especially during night time.

Not bad. More like service apartment rather than 4 stars hotel based on Google. No toothbrush provided. Daily towel change yes. Refilled of toilet paper and tissue boxes. Laundry washing machine 2 in1 is great saver. Clean and dry perfectly. Kudos to that. I will say book the cheaper room. Spend extra didn't get the view.

It's near to the CBD area. Surround with food, groceries, and city tram stations. At night the view was amazing.

The room was spacious and located in the middle of the city. However there was no internet connection which wasn’t great as we couldn’t watch TV.

Good experience, overall. If only all the four lifts were working. Had to wait long in line when two out of four lifts were under maintenance
