Location very near to train station and airport sky bus station. Room is spacious and clean.Food is very good although it us the same for our 4 nights stay. The cons:no bottled water and tooth brush provided in the room

Such a beautiful hotel and fabulous location! What's not to like? Shops, transport, food, everything in the close vicinity of the hotel. Very cosy hotel as well!

Can honestly say this is the best place in Melbourne.. from check in to check out the staff were amazing and the place was so beautiful..

Perfect location for train travelling, the hotel just apposite the southern Cross station, and the free tram ride just outside the hotel. There is no shower screen in the bath room so it is wet after showering. The shampoo bottle is locked to restrict usage so very difficult to press the bottle.

Beautiful decor and modern but for a Queen room though it was quite tight and the aircon made horrible metal clang all night.

Love the location.old fashion hotel but impressed with the cleanliness.shall stay there again if opportunity arise again

During my stayed on 9 Jul 2025 to 12 Jul 2025, I am very happy and comfortable. It is very nice, clean hotel. The location is very convenient. Will stay this hotel again if come to Melbourne. Hope can get good prices for the next visit.

Very nice stay, surprisingly quiet considering it’s next to the train station, very clean, will come back.

The hotel is located at the downtown free tram zone, next to a large train station, where there are many food stores and supermarkets. It is also next to the express skybus to airport. Location wise, it is a perfect choice. However, the hotel seems to be renovated from a historical building. Though it is well-tasty renovated, it is partially renewed only. The door to toilet is too old and literally creaky when open. The wall in toilet is built by plasterboard with poor sound proof. You can hear sounds from next door in the toilet. Service by the staff could be improved too. Btw, maybe staying at downtown Melbourne may not be a good choice. The hotel is not far away from police headquarters. I heard loud siren more than once every night during my stay. The street has a number of homeless day and night.

Rooms a little shabby. Dirty marks in bathroom yuk. No amenities no water. Toothpaste’ little extra care items . Disappointing for a four star. Staff advised we could buy water from bar. Bar only offered glass of water…. What?  Does anyone remember luxury customer value.

Service was perfect room very clean on a spacious location is just across the train station very convenient.  I can recommend it
