Seamless check in and front desk staff is very helpful. Walking distance to Southern Cross Station and Spencer Outlet Mall.

General very good hotel at Melbourne CBD. Breakfast options not so much

I am very satisfied with the hotel. Neat, quiet,comfortable. Their staffs were always helpful, and house keeping was quickly. Their breakfast was amazing, except for the occasional western breakfast, there were variable melons, and sometimes salmons as well.

My 1 day stay at Hotel Savoy Little Collins was unfortunately too short and I did not get to fully experience the room, which was spacious and comfortable. The decor was minimalistic but worked well with the room’s architectural design. Staff were friendly and the hotel was conveniently located opposite Southern Cross station. I appreciated that there were many restaurants and cafes nearby. I left early next morning so I was unable to sample the buffet breakfast.

This hotel is superb in terms of its location, this is just right opposite to the main train station and the airport bus station, which is just 20mins away from MeL airport, regarding on its location, nothing can ask for more. However for the amenities mentioned in the rating, we have requested to refill the fixed conditioner / shampoo/ shower gel bottle inside the shower area every morning, but until we check out, still no any refill, we have to simply use our own one, you May question why don’t we contact for front desk demandingly for the refill, you needa understand no one would like to waste any time n effort to deal with that stupid thing after a long day, but i have to point out i that, if a hotel could not handle the request promptly, this is a disgrace honestly. It is nonsense for a customer to keep on the request every morning

Hotel is in a great location close to train station and trams. Very clean petite hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok but could of had a little more variety. Overall our stay was great and hotel was clean and friendly

Hôtel réception team were very warm and friendly . The room was a little small and musty but overall it was a good stay. Location was right by the train station and tram spots but for me, prefer to stay slightly closer to the main shopping precinct .

Nice clean room. Staff were very friendly. Even extended my checkout until 12pm for free. A pool would have been nice.

比起有名的國際酒店品牌，這家有點名不見經傳。結果入住後很驚喜，相對這麼實惠的價格，而酒店有着華麗精緻且復古的裝飾，樓是百年的建築，房間我訂了轉角的大房間，有四面窗户，看南十字星火車站夜景很美。房間面積大，舒服，衞浴用品是hunter lab，這個牌子是一個大驚喜，使用體驗很好，特別是沐浴乳，導致我直接種草想買（某m國際還真有）。房間提供的被子薄，另外要了毯子，很厚實。地理位置就在火車站對面，門口不遠也有96，86路tram，很方便。唯一的不足是離火車站近，一早有點吵，房間每天送礦泉水和牛奶不主動，要電話去催了才給。
