Staycation for family in a one bedroom twin double which was perfectly spacious for 2 Adults & 2 under 7. Close to everything in the CBD likes the theatres, Chinatown, cafes and tram stops. Nice Juliet window to look out over the streets below. Only issue was Tv Connection for the kids (especially at 6am when they wake) tvs were not working.

It was great staying at Milano Service apartment. It was very clean and location is perfect. Next door is Aldi so we can do a little shopping i.e. buying juice etc. I have immunodeficiency health issue which affecting both my nerve and skin that I have to be careful with using towels etc hence I tend to bring my own towels everywhere to keep my own hygiene. I was able to sleep well at Milano service apartment. We were given room 2501 and its a 2 bedrooms apartment but the other bedroom is locked as we only booked for 1 bedroom. I paid additional $28 car park charges which is better for my car as finding a parking spot in CBD is a nightmare. The Wifi speed is fast and enabled me to do my daily work through out the day. There was only 1 thing that the room service keeping forgot to do. They didnt replenish the toilet rolls as there was barely 1 roll left on the roll hanger and when we checked underneath sink, there was no spare toilet roll. So we have had to use tissue boxes and opened a new one from underneath the sink. Overall, THANK YOU MILANO'S team for allowing us to have enjoyable couple nights at your place.

A nice cosy hotel in city center. They serve good breakfast! The room is super comfortable and big. The scenery from room is mainly other surrounding buildings. Parking is easy if you opt for valet. But very expensive AUD90 per day (24hrs).

It was the long weekend in Melbourne and we had to wait for quite a while to check in. Check in time was 3pm but we only managed get our room after waiting for about 1-1.5 hours at the lobby. It was nice that they offered champagne to all the guests waiting at the lobby though. They also had to give us another room (a bit of a downgrade from level 9 to level 8 facing different directions) as our room was not ready. The porter, Oscar, was very helpful and friendly. When we got to our room, there was an extra bed and he helped us move the bed out and everything back to where it supposed to be effectively. The room was clean but there were only 2 pillows (supposedly 4) on the bed. Called reception to get more pillows but got told that they will try to source some as they’re running low on pillow at the time :/ Kind of unbelievable for a 5-star hotel. I also later found out that the electric curtain in the bathroom was not working and the night light lamp was dying and flashing. There were no soft drinks or snacks at the minibar so if you want something simple to drink or eat at night, you’ll need to order room service + a delivery fee of $8. Overall, the location is fantastic, really close to the shops and restaurants we wanted to go. The hotel is quite basic for a 5 star hotel - there’s no coffee machine, hair straightener available for hire or firmer pillows for use. Having said that, the location really beats everything and I’ll probably book this again when I travel to Melbourne next time.

柏悅酒店 位置好 - 靠近柯林斯街和議會站。周邊環境多為歷史建築。 前台工作人員在抵達時提供了詳細的入住指南。 酒店目前正在裝修，房間裏有些噪音。 有早餐服務和餐飲質量問題。 餐廳登記的等待時間有點長。 我點了兩個煎蛋-全熟，我妻子點了一個煎蛋卷。-廚師被問到餐桌號碼，不幸的是，我們桌子上沒有號碼顯示，當我們第一次到達餐廳時，也沒有人告訴我們餐桌號碼。所以我們告訴廚師，我們會自己去拿雞蛋。 我們回到我們的桌子，我們問了一位女服務員我們的桌子號碼-號碼是40號。 我妻子走到烹飪台，拿起她點的煎蛋卷，還告訴了廚師我們的餐桌號碼。我的全熟煎蛋還在烹飪中。 後來我走到烹飪站去自取。廚師告訴我，他已經做了煎蛋，他的同事已經去送煎蛋給我。我轉過身來看向我的桌子，我看到一個女服務員拿着一個盤子在附近尋覓，我迅速走到她麪前。我看了看盤子（兩個煎蛋-全熟），我告知她這是我點的，但女服務員說這不是我點的。我告訴她，我剛從烹飪站回來，廚師告訴我煎蛋的事，它在你的托盤上。但她說這煎蛋不是我的，她沒有聽我的，她不相信我告訴她的話。但我看到她走到下層用餐區的另一張桌子（因為我被分配坐在頂層用餐區），把兩個煎蛋給了別人，（今天早上有多少客人會點同樣的兩個硬煎蛋？）。那位客人和家人似乎沒有點它，當他們收到兩個硬煎蛋時，他們的表情非常困惑。 過了一會，同一個女服務員給我們送了兩次外熟內生的煎蛋，這並不是我們要點的。 我走到烹飪站，廚師談過。廚師心情暴躁，不停地重複他要求工作人員把雞蛋送到我的桌子上。餐廳經理也在場，我讓廚師冷靜下來，請讓我解釋一下發生了什麼。 餐廳經理說這隻是桌號問題。我已經表達了我的觀點，並希望餐廳能提高更好的溝通技巧和客戶體驗。這家餐廳沒有一張餐桌上擺放了桌號。 我已經離開餐廳去樓外打電話，我妻子在餐廳繼續吃早餐。 在我離開餐廳之前與餐廳經理交談后，服務員再次將其他煎蛋送到我的桌子上-（我已經告訴餐廳經理，我必須去辦事，請不要再做煎蛋，我不想浪費食物）。 在我看來，餐廳的一些員工缺乏員工培訓，當我試圖解釋第一次發生的事情時，廚師表現出來的不耐煩和易怒的。在與餐廳經理交談后，我非常理解她首先以敷衍的方式找到了一個非常合理的理由——表現的是漠不關心。她非常體諒員工，而不是理解顧客，所以可能很難以這種方式改善這家餐廳。這不是桌子號碼的問題，而是表達方式和態度。-從登記用餐到離開全過程，衹能給予3星級 - 上述評分標準來自他們的態度和行為-整個過程無法達到柏悅級別。而且早餐質量也不太好。 在今天退房之前，我已經和前台經理談過上麪發生的事情，希望他能將上述情況反饋至酒店管理團隊。 這家酒店最好的是-老門人-五星級的態度和行為。熱情友好！一團糟之後，這位老人的微笑和關懷讓我們感受接下來又會是美好的一天。

I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful location and an incredible view from the one bedroom apartment balcony. Reception hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much! 10/10!

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Melbourne near the Spanish Quarter, Bourke Street Mall, and other shopping precincts. The staff are friendly and efficient at check-in. The rooms are good in size with modern amenities and comfortable beds. There is a kettle and small fridge. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, so if you have mobility issues, it's not for you. There is no rail to hold onto when getting in or out, which makes it dangerous, especially as it gets slippery. There is a pool and gyn which were modern and accessible. The room we had faced into the mezzanine of the hotel so you dont get any light from outside, which was strange. The room was very quiet and had a good air conditioner. Overall, we would stay here again, although the lack of being able to see outside wasn't ideal, and if you stayed for more than one night, it could be an issue.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

The location is good, free tram right out front into the City, Woolworths supermarket right across the road, and a few cafes which are open - but only during the week. Weekend is dead at this part of Docklands. The booking, check in and instructions were 10/10 - cannot fault the customer experience. The room was tiny - a tiny apartment but adequate for our needs and the inclusions were good. My gripe and reason for low rating is the bed situation and cleanliness. The ‘king’ bed (two singles pushed together were clearly old and well used. One side had a mattress protector, the other side did not- and the mattress clearly had blood and vomit? Stains on it - visible through the sheet! The pillows did not have pillow protectors and were stained yellow. It was too late at night to rectify so I spent the night on the sofa. Reception were contacted and the bed was remade with a mattress protector - I advised it was unhygienic and needed replacement. They said they would after we check out. I hope they do! In all, some more attention to cleaning wouldn’t go astray! Eg, vacuuming - carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed, the vacuum in the place had no suction. Didn’t know what yo think of the pet protector over the couch - kind of ruined the ‘cute’ decor…. I’d focus more on bed than couch if I was them! Also, on a very windy night the high pitched drag of air/wind noise was very annoying, impeding sleep. A towel at the base of entry door fixed that. Would I stay again…. Because of the mattress - a big no. As for the facilities and location it’s a shame as it’s a good location and staff.
