The hotel is located over 1.5km from the city gate of Memmingen. An old-fashioned hotel but it was fine. It can be walked in 20-25 minutes. This is doable when it is not raining! The hotel lies in a residential area but you hardly see anybody! I honestly do not know how the hotel survives financially. There were only a few guests there when I was there. I was given a double room which was comfortable especially the sofa chair beside the bed! Altogether the room was fine and everything functioned. I need to be honest here. I walked into Memmingen but came back to the hotel to have evening dinner. I was stunned to find nobody there. The waitress God bless her had no customers for almost 3 hours!!!! It pretty much sums up the hotel in how does it survive!? The meal itself was fine. Breakfast was an ordinary affair. To be honest, it did the job and there was enough meat, cheese, bread & cerals but no great selection. There is a lovely forest area 2km away from the hotel. I don't regret staying here but I doubt I will be back.

We came across this hotel after discovering Ryanair weren’t taking us to Munich! But a very good find. Rooms simple, but very clean, tidy and in good repair. Staff amazingly helpful especially those on reception, who also covered the bar area. Breakfast was extra, not that much available but acceptable for the price and always good to be able to eat and have coffee before Venturing out for the day . If you’re looking for a clean , welcoming hotel as a base for your trip, I would certainly recommend here .

Buena habitacion de tamaño. El servicio muy bien y muy atentos. El desayuno muy bueno. El baño muy antiguo (es el unico defecto). Y la limpieza le damos un aprobado justo. Informo al hotel que deberia saber los lios que se forman en el aeropuerto de Memmingen, para que recomienden a sus clientes al menos ir con dos horas de antelacion al aeropuerto. Supongo que dependerá del numero de vuelos que haya ese dia. En nuestro caso un desastre, por lo pelos no perdimos el vuelo. Nos abrieron la puerta de embarque para subir al autobus, fuimos los ultimos y se quedo mucha gente en tierra.

Wir waren im Rahmen eines Festivals für ein paar Nächte zu Gast und sind begeistert von der positiven Erfahrung die wir in dem Hotel machen durften. Von der Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals, sowie der Inhaber (wir lieben den Hund!), über Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Hygiene bis hin zur Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets... Volle Punktzahl für Preis/Leistung. (Einziges kleines Manko: die lauten Straßengeräusche, weshalb die Fenster zublieben, was aber der Lage (Industriepark) geschuldet ist. Wer also etwas geräuschempfindlicher ist und nicht auf Frischluft verzichten möchte, sollte sich ein Zimmer zur Hofseite geben lassen.)

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff were fantastic, hotel is really central, room was spotless and very modern. Lovely bar and restaurant with a very nice spacious outdoor area too. Altogether a very pleasant experience, would highly recommend if you are thinking of a stay. Plenty of nice restaurants in the locality too and all very reasonable. 5min walk to the train station, and a 5min taxi to the Airport.
