晚上十點去到，仍然可以check in。酒店沒有電梯，需要走路梯。我被安排的房間在緊急出口旁，逃生梯也在窗邊，如有人要爬進房內也是可以的。房間算乾淨，設備也齊全，床鋪我個人認為舒適。酒店沒有自家停車場，只能停在路邊。由於我晚到，要繞到好遠才找到停車位子。提供早餐，是土耳其式。我們華人也許吃不慣，所有東西都冷冰冰的吃。

Konum olarak süper yerde yürüme mesafesinde tüm mekana ulaşmak isteyenlere bire bir çok temiz odalar internet hızlı oda çok sıcak ve güneş alıyor Güler yüzü personel iki gün konakladık ama artık Bolu’daki evimiz oldu hersey için teşekkür ederim 👍👍

Never go when they are quite full and during the transition period like now, from winter to spring, i.e from hot to cold. The room 410 was assigned and it was pretty bad. Asked for fan, with 30 minutes, then told us fan spoilt after we checked again. They then agree to change room after much discussion with our tour guide. Room 410- only heater, hot air from vent was available with Aircon cool air not available. Asked to open windows but this room faces the main road with moderate traffic. Further more, the facade outside our room, had lights and attracted many insects. Both rooms- the bed was super soft and the pillows were medium firm. So u will sink in with your neck tilted forward. I woke up with a headache and after an hour, became a splitting migraine and vomited. Service- the housekeeping lady whom served as our point of contact with reception, was friendly and warm throughout. Can tell she tried her best, in interacting with us.

Tertemiz bir otel Yatak , banyo ,her yer Işıl Işıl.kalite. Sahibi çok nazik ,güleryüzle karşıladı Kendimizi evimizdeki kadar mutlu,huzurlu hissettik. Çok memnun kaldık Teşekkür ediyoruz Bir daha yolumuz düşerse mutlaka burada kalacağız

***et temiz ve güzel bir otel. Personeli çok cana yakın ve yardımcı. Otele ait otopark olması da bir kolaylık. Özellikle resepsiyondan Yakup beye de teşekkür ediyorum. Çok yardımcı oldu. Bolu merkezde kalacaksınız rahatlıkla tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel.

A nice resort hotel for with many facilities and acitivities. We booked a standard room and the roof terrace as we were 5 adults and a toddler. Room facilities were upto 5 star hotel rating with everything you need in room from hair dryer to ironing board. We went during a pandemic weekend lock-in so the saturday was a full hotel, but the staff, hotel, restaurants were very clean and kept social distancing well. The restaurant tables nicely spaced apart, with no one allowed in restaurant area without a mask. The food was served all behind glass panels and very hygenic, fresh and not over doing the wide spread. Options were fresh everyday. I didnt like the included free tea time 4-5pm. Was too busy and uncessary to serve the simple food, plus a lot of guest would just leave their leftovers and plates lying around the lonby bar area which looked messy. But thankfully the hotel staff worked very well cleaning everything up fast. Rooms were comfortable however could hear loud noises from outside from time to time. The resort right on the bottom of a nature park area so great walking paths. We went when it was 1,5ms of snow so it was very nice. The long 2.4km walk path in the snow is for the adventurous types. But cool. There are hot pools and a spa centre but didnt try it out as was too busy. Peacocks and other birds and farm animals in the hotel garden were cool. A nice stay, but choose your time wisely as does get very busy on holiday times and certain weekends.
