Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa position géographique, son design et la note/ les commentaires élogieux sur google à propos de l'établissement et son personnel accueillant.
Lors de notre séjour, nous avons pu constater et apprécier tous les points positifs relevés par les autres vacanciers.
L'hôtel est conforme aux différentes photos que l'on peut trouver, la propreté dans la chambre et dans les lieux communs (piscine, etc..) est impeccable.
Les deux points suivants ont dépassés nos attentes en terme de prestations :
- Le petit déjeuner qualitatif avec des propositions différentes chaque matin.
- L'accueil. Un personnel attentionné, toujours jovial et sensible au bien etre de ses résidents.
Un grand merci à Leon, toujours prêt à rendre service et à donner des conseils pour profiter au maximum de cette belle île. Il a su faire passer notre séjour dans une autre dimension par ses adresses d'endroits à visiter et ses restaurants (nous sommes allé au El Chivito, Martin n'était pas la mais son hermanos :-) très gentil également ).
Un grand merci également à l'autre homme à l'accueil qui nous a accueilli lors de notre arrivé (je ne connais pas son prénom malheureusement mais il se reconnaitra). Sympathique et empathique notamment vis à vis d'un soucis indépendant de l'hôtel que nous avons rencontré (vehicule de location...) .
Pour conclure, assurément un des meilleurs hôtel où nous avons séjourné ! Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps et essayerons d'y revenir

Great hotel, great location, good service. The hotel is perfectly situated for a short walk to the heart of Mahón (10 min), with a beautiful view of the water. My first floor room had a cute balcony overlooking the water. The hotel was clean and modern with a decent sized room and all the amenities you would need, including a bar, restaurant, spa, pool and fitness room. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the only thing I felt was below value. For 27 Euro, while there was a large enough food selection, it was disorganized and not a great experience. They kept running out of food items, plates, utensils, etc. I rather preferred walking to a local bakery for a croissant and coffee. Great overall stay though!

We have stayed at the Artiem Audax on the island and so the Artiem brand is known to us. We chose a different location but the Artiem Capri was our hotel of choice. We were not disappointed. It seems our week long stay was unusual as most guest have shorter stays. The location is a short walk to the centre of Mahon and the harbour. Breakfast is fine and, knowing their ”ultra green policies” means we knew what to expect. We would recommend the Artiem brand based on the two hotels we have used.

My Wife And I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Alfons at the start of September. From the moment we arrived it had that homely feel. The Reception Staff were particularly friendly and helpful with their advice on places to visit. The food was excellent with a varied menu each day. We wanted a Hotel near to the Old Town. This place was perfect less than ten minutes walk and you were there. Thanks to Willy and his Staff who go us a memorable holiday

Hostel con unas instalaciones nuevas, bien cuidadas y limpias. Me alojé en la habitación de 10 camas y la verdad que sin queja alguna. El colchón muy cómodo y la habitación siempre 'fresquita' cuando venías desde el exterior con un sol de justicia. Únicamente la almohada era un poco baja y las duchas no iban acordes al resto del alojamiento. Aina me atendió siempre muy amablemente y me aconsejó bien en todo aquello que le pregunté. La verdad que se echa un falta una zona común que no sea la cocina pero por lo demás, increíble. Si el año que viene vuelvo a viajar a Menorca no dudaré en repetir, ya que cómo puse en el titulo me hicieron sentir como en casa y la gente que me encontré hospedada allí fue de gran ayuda. Mi viaje fue en Julio de 2018

The location is very pretty, on cobbled streets and narrow passages but very close to the main street. The staff was very kind and helpful and patient with us, even though we couldn't speak the language right. the rooms are spacious and excellently tidy and aesthetically pleasing. they have a common area with an open roof where you can stargaze on summer nights.

We booked 2 nights at the beginning of our tour of Menorca and 2 nights at the end at this hotel! On arrival we were greeted by Marina who was lovely, she was very informative and attentive! She told us we had been designated room 6 for both our stays! The reception area was very decorative and charming with the original old wall! Marina showed us the rooftop, it all looked like it needed work doing too it, not well maintained or clean looking! On entering our room 6, it was modern but not done to a high standard it was a bit tacky! It was very scruffy, and the shower was disgusting! The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was pristine! So we decided to stay! As we were returning we didn’t approach the reception with our issues, just in case we couldn’t get another hotel when we were due to return! That was our mistake, we should have stated it was not what we expected from a 4 Star Hotel! Breakfast was just ok, no toast just rolls! Very limited selection, to a handful of berries and a small plate of cheese and ham & small plate of fresh fruit! The smallest selection I have ever seen! Coffee was very good, extra hot milk, no problem! No replenishing of items so be early! Once we had left the Hotel and moved to our next destination, we knew we could not return to the Sindic for our last two nights, the difference in the 4 star hotel we were at could not be compared to the Sindic! So I emailed the Sindic, stating why we could not return on our last 2 nights, with photos asking for a full refund! I received an email stating that I should have said I wasn’t happy, at the time! I fully agree with that, but due to the dirty shower I felt this unreasonable! They chose not too make a comment on the photos and said they would refund 1 night!! So they accepted there was issues but still were too tight to give us a full refund! There are so many lovely hotels in Mahon that we stayed at, I would advise you to give this one a miss!

PPengguna TetamuReally well located hotel, lovely views from the bars the pools and from our room. Just a few minutes walk and you can be on the Sandy Beach. Nearby supermarkets and a selection of restaurants. The area itself is very quiet but lovely. There wasn’t much storage space in the rooms with regards to drawers et cetera however everything was very clean and worked well.
The daily cleaning service was great. Breakfast in this hotel was also included for our booking. There was a lovely selection of food including fresh omelettes which are my favourite. There was a wide selection of bread pastry cereals, hot food juices teas, coffees. The drinks in the hotel also very nice. The poor area is very serene and has great views overlooking the beach area below. overall I would recommend this hotel however if you are looking for something lively this may not be right for you. We found it to be very relaxing which was just what we were looking for.

PPengguna TetamuDecidiamo all’ultimo minuto per una fuga romantica 💖 a Minorca. Che dire, scelta davvero azzeccata!!! Ambiente intimo , molto accogliente ,personale davvero disponibile e camera caratteristica. Colazione inclusa accurata e ben presentata, in stile piccolo agriturismo nostrano. Location molto comoda ai parcheggi(abbiamo sempre trovato posto gratuito nonostante fosse la settimana di Ferragosto),vicinissima all’aeroporto e nel cuore della vita notturna di Minorca(non aspettatevi Ibiza ma sono presenti diversi localini dove cenare o bersi un drink). La reception ci ha inoltre dotato subito di un ombrellone da spiaggia per goderci le giornate di sole e si è resa disponibile a custodire i nostri bagagli visto l’arrivo in primissima mattinata. Se dovessimo mai tornare a Minorca, alloggeremmo sicuramente di nuovo qui ! Mirko&Lucia

Was there 3 nights in May. Had compact but well -designed single room. Great location, new & bright, excellent staff, and wonderful breakfast at 8.5 euros. Google Maps route (Esplanda that becomes Ses Moreres - RT Bastió that becomes Deià that becomes s'Arravaleta - RT Placa del Princep) is a relatively easy walk from the bus terminal with hourly civic buses from the airport. (Excellent airport facilities at Mahón. The public island bus service - pay by cash - is great for all of Menorca!) Unfortunately, no coffee maker in Jume rooms. You can pay a euro for a teabag or instant coffee in the lobby (free cookie!) or take your own tea/coffee, use the lobby kettle & return to your room by the elevator. I used the hotel website to book. I definitely recommend Jume-Urban Rooms.

Hostal La Isla proved to be the perfect place for our first holiday for 3 years. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the main indoor market in Mahon and the rest of the old town area. The local bus was just around the corner which takes you straight to the bus station. The cleanliness was excellent everywhere. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom and a fabulous shower. The owner and his son were always helpful if you had any query. The breakfast was always tasty, lovely coffee and Ensaimadas, orange juice, toast etc. which was served at your table and never overcrowded as they started at 6.30am. Overall I would highly recommend this Hostal, which I would say was better than a lot of 4 star hotels. Thank you to Paco for making our holiday so enjoyable and relaxing.

We had another excellent stay at the Port Mahon, our first since the recent refresh / light refurbishment. The hotel is spacious and roomy, and the update to the rooms with new bathrooms, smart TVs etc. has helped to modernise it. We had a standard double room with a balcony - this was a little compact with a corner balcony on the outside which was fine for us, but you might need to pack light. The housekeeping staff were great even re-arranging our teddy bears suitably! The breakfast offers a very good selection that should cater to all tastes, once of us is Coeliac / gluten free and managed fine, although you might need to bring your own GF bread. There is a good hot selection and all the usual cold items plus some local pastries etc. which is nice. There is a pancake and omelette bar where you can have these items cooked to order which is a nice extra touch. We tried dinner one night as the weather wasn't great - this was pretty good value buffet with a good selection and steak / fish could be grilled to order. There is a good tapas-based lunch menu served in the bar / terrace. The staff are attentive and always helpful, with the outside areas very tidy and no issue with sunbeds etc. most of the time. The pool was consistently cold but we had a slightly unlucky week weather-wise. The hotel is around 15 walk from the city centre inland, or half an hour via the Port, there are bus options very nearby as well into the centre or over to Es Castell if you walk 5 minutes or so up to the stop at Sinia des Muret. Free parking for a hire car in the streets around isn't usually a problem. It is a sedate locale that suits independent travellers Thanks to the team for another great stay.

Estuvimos en un estudio provisto de todas las comodidades necesarias para cocinar en él. Electrodomésticos de primeras marcas y perfecto funcionamiento. El baño era amplio y la terraza también lo era. No había cama de matrimonio pero juntaron dos camas que hacían las veces de una grande. Eran cómodas.

PPengguna TetamuDifficult to grade this hotel as it’s not the kind we’d normally choose, but as this was chosen for us by our tour company for an overnight stay during our Cami de Cavalls island tour, we checked in with the lovely and very friendly staff and were then .. well.. let’s be kind and say our room was … bijou Again, it was all very clean with plenty of white towels that were fine, but imagine will need replacing soon enough.. But seriously.. I say bijou.. and there’s small and there’s small, there was barely enough room to get round the bed.. the air con is a three speed ceiling fan, so luckily for us it was a cool May so really wasn’t needed, but imagine things are very different in August. The bathroom was adequate, but oh boy, we learned quickly not to leave the fan in as it only made the drains smell twice as bad to the point of nearly reporting to reception, and if staying longer likely would have done.. Breakfast was adequate.. but honestly, there was a tray of cold meats and cheese we didn’t go near as we couldn’t decide to knock off the shelf accidentally so a new lot would have to brought out, or just sing Happy Birthday to it.. there was a plate of scrambled egg that, we avoided, so went for the safe option of toast and jam with machine coffee and juice from a shop bought jar with the screw on lid.. and risked a couple of pastries Like I said at the start, for the price, you have a clean and comfortable bed, and even have the option of breakfast in the morning.. it’s just somewhere we personally wouldn’t choose to return to.. we’re sure it will continue to be full through the year.. what I couldn’t get is how there are 30+ higher graded hotels than this in town??

We have been staying at Sagitario playa for 4 years ( 2019, 2022, 2023 ) and this year We always enjoy one of the best hotel and staff we ever seen, including this year from 7th - 16th September 2024 We would like to thank all the staff, mainly at the restaurants , the Colombian chef , Begonia and Mari at reception However this year wasn't the same room as every year, and NOT sure we will be back next year, as every year we get room 137, 237 . I always say in business that costumer is first and easy to keep a regular costumer BUT difficult to get new costumer my feed back comments as follow: 1- Despite sending a few emails requesting a nice room, similar the year before, we have been allocated a room with the street view, as have vertigo problem with road noisy , I had stated that to the receptionist, she wasn't friendly with us, and after loooong persuasion we have given room 001. 2-Room 001 toilet seat hinge was broken ,the shower leak water at the floor and ventilation to the bathroom apart from opening the window. 3- As the room at ground floor, we cant open the window, as flies enter the room 4- A few occasion we see and heard kids at our back window and front noisy coming from the back house/enter to the to the hotel. 5- On 11th September there was building work to next room 002 , for the door and we couldn't relax at all. walking from /to the room from the main building , the ground is full of birds dirt. The above is to bring to your attention , and we never had such experience in the previous year we always want a relax peaceful room for our wedding anniversary, and every year we get a congratulation card from the hotel , and despite indicated that in my emails , we got nothing this year!

Hotel was in a Brilliant location , next to Marina & beach . €20 per day for 2 beds & parasol , so handy to be able to nip back to hotel if needed . Very clean hotel , lots of beds around the pool also , we had room 1013 on level 3 so great view of pool and some sea , beautiful sunsets from our room. No entertainment but we didn’t mind that . Super comfy bed & pillows and not bad on storage either. The kitchen was basic but just what we needed. They provided Washing up liquid/ cloth / scourer too , however I would have liked those changed mid week. We were S/C so we just ate in the many restaraunts in marina , which were lovely . We jumped on the number 65 bus one day which took us 15 mins to Citudella , costs €4.10 pp one way from the bus stop in front of the supermarket which stocked everything you could need ! All in all I’d recommend this hotel especially for families and young children . There was a large pool and a small children’s pool too . Transfer time was 1 hour 15 going with drop offs on a Sunday afternoon and 1 hour 30 mins back again with drop offs.
