Ulasan Fiesta Inn Mérida Altabrisa

Excellent location in a shopping center where Walmart, hospital and cinemas are also there. Very nice and quiet area close to all new Mérida developments and shopping and restaurants areas, good value for money. Rooms are cozy but a bit austere. Cleaning services not as you would expect from such a big chain of hotels.

Staffs at the front desk are friendly.

There are a lot of stains on the bedding and towels. Walmart is nearby.

Improve the room cleaning service; they need to be more thorough. They should know the number of people staying in the room to leave the correct amount of towels and toiletries.

I loved the hotel except that the cleaning in the room was not very good, the sheet was dirty, what I did was remove it but I would recommend cleaning over saving water.

The hotel has a good location almost in front of Plaza Altabrisa, that's where the positive ends Negative: They do not change the bedding in the rooms, when I checked in the first thing I do is carefully check the bed and sheets and pillows, it was filthy, the sheets with hair, stains of dirt and bodily fluids from previous guests I had to ask them to actually put clean sheets A situation as unpleasant as it is negative If you decide to come to this hotel, I recommend that you check your bed carefully or you will have used and dirty sheets.

El personal es excelente, amables y educados, el lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación y los espacios son amplios. Deja muchísimo que desear la calidad y mantenimiento de las instalaciones además de tener camas viejas, almohadas uff malas, colchones duros y con bolas y las sábanas y toallas viejas, percudidas y duras, como un hotel de reuso
