Fui por emergencia Familiar, mi hermano y yo hicimos una reservación para quedarnos ahí 5 días, la habitación que reservamos fue de 2 camas individuales, al llegar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que era de la mitad de una habitación normal, ahora bien nosotros no íbamos a quedar mas en el hospital que en la habitación pero la gran sorpresa es que las camas estaban JUNTAS!!! así es juntas!! haciendo una tipo King size, pensamos que se equivocaron y fuimos a recepción y dijeron que esa era la habitación 2 camas individuales que si en priceline no lo menciona no es su problema, que si queríamos, podíamos separarlas, eso hicimos pero es tan..tan..tan pequeña la habitación que lo máximo que pudimos separarlas fueron 15cm cual es una broma. pero bueno eso fue, la habitación es solo para solteros o parejas, para todo lo demás; amigos, Familias etc,etc, no sirve para nada no hay espacio ni para poner las maletas!!!!! bueno si no te importa ponerlas en el pasillo...bueno. a perdon se me olvida algo las camas son un ladrillo, duras!

Just spent 2 nights here but found the hotel to be well connected with free parking, shopping and restaurants; what else do you need? It is actually connected to a shopping center that has a Walmart. We ate at two of the three restaurants located in the mall and found others that we tried as well. Nice décor and good size comfortable rooms. Hope to return one day.

I am form the US and only speak a little spanish. This was my 3rd visit oover a 6 year period and the fornt desk staff has always greated me well in english with my questions. The monring breakfast is the ebst breakfast I have had at any Hampton Inn anywhere in the world ( 6 am - 10 am). The elevator has a security key using your room key, to go up to your room. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Black out curtains keep the room coole rfor day tiem and dark in the room at night, which i need to sleep better. Also, the room is very quiet with no outsode morning noise form business nor vehicles. Request two keys if you need a cool room when you return at night. Your room key fits in a slot near the door that allows to the AC and lights to stay on. Most nights, I went for a walk for exercise and it is an easy walk to the the Luxury Mall, Costco or the museum with the Convnetion center just down the road. The streets are well lit, police patrol the roads and I felt safe (even saw many women walking alone at night). There is a food cort at the mall and an OXXO convientence store located on the north side of the mall. It was perfect for my needs, the price was right and I will stay there again.

The restaurant provides paid breakfast which is quite tasty, and as world travelers, we have found no finer dining service than that provided by our most attentive, courteous and genuinely kind server, Ezekuiel! The General Manager truly cares about the guest experience and stopped by our table to inquire as to our stay. Not many of the front desk staff speak English. However, Elmer (the bellhop) served as a welcomed translator during our 16-day stay.

This hotel enjoys a central location in Mérida and lies around 15 minutes away from the congress centre. The popular Uxmal lies around 50 km away. Nice hotel with friendly service. I've stayed in Fiesta Americana hotels a lot and know generally what to expect. This one lives up to the high Americana standards. It is in a good location, near good restaurants, but not in the central area of town. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are nice. The bar had live music on Friday night and the band was great. Across the street is an outdoor restaurant that also had live music at night. The first floor of the Fiesta Americana hotel is all shops, so the actual hotel lobby is on the next floor. At the top of the escalator, in the lobby, there will be one or two people who will approach you and offer to help you with anything. They are very nice, but their goal is to sell you something like a timeshare. We refused to talk to them about that, so we never got the full explanation. We also got a phone call in our room, from the same people, telling us they had a free gift for us. We did ask these people for recommendations of local activities and they were very nice and helpful. Included was a light breakfast and snacks/drinks on the fifth floor. This was very convenient and the food was simple, but good. The only real surprise we had was at check out. We found that there is a charge for the self serve coffee in the room. I never use anything from the mini-bar or anything in the room that has an extra cost. I do not remember seeing anything about the coffee costing something. So many other places it is free/included. The hotel did reduce our charge for the coffee, but be aware that there is a charge.

Usé este hotel como hotel de paso ya que veniamos de un recorrido muy largo y teniamos unos asuntos en Mérida. Es la primera vez que lo visito, y en general es una opción razonable, aunque tienen algunos detalles que considero importantes. Entregan una sola toalla por huésped (misma que te entregan en recepción), y es la misma que vas a tener que usar para secarte las manos, el cuerpo, la cara e incluso el piso, ya que no te dan otra, y lo del piso lo comento porque la regadera no tiene puerta, y para acabarla la puerta del baño no es completa, dejando espacio arriba y abajo, por lo que el agua sale hasta el cuarto. Pero el mayor problema que encontré, es que la habitación no fue aseada antes de que me la entregaran. Llegué con mi familia a las 4 PM (la hora de check in es a las 3 PM), y cuando entramos había una toalla usada en la cama, y en el baño un jabón usado y una botella de shampoo a medio usar. Es una pena que no atiendan un detalle tan importante y tan evidente, espero que se tomen en cuenta los comentarios que realizamos. Arribo: Viernes 13 de Mayo de 2022 Hab. 307
