Excellent hôtel proche de l'aéroport et des transports en commun.
Le personnel est souriant, agréable et très professionnel. L'établissement est très propre et le design est très épuré.
Had an early flight so checked in here the day before at 3. A very calm environment with great outside spaces including a pool. Room is ok size and modern. Had a nice meal in restaurant. Breakfast seemed pricey at 19 euro each so went to lounge instead. Overall good value

Perfect location and very nice hotel, all the staff were very helpful and pleasant, tram stop a few meters from door so Bordeaux was easy to visit . Pool area was very good and restaurant excellent. This was our 3rd stay and a very good choice and better than any other hotels we have used in past years

We stayed one night. The location is very good and only a short drive from the terminals. The hotel provide a request shuttle service and we had information about this in the confirmation. It may be helpful to note that the actual pick up point is outside door 5 at the “Point de Rassemblement 4” (near the car rental area). Also the tram has a stop nearby with good connedctions to downtown (and the airport). Our room was spacious, quiet and clean and equipped with a mini fridge, a/c, safe and a chair. We only missed a second chair, but no big issue. Obviously most of the tv channels including CNN were in French, BBC World News fortunately in English. The surroundings of the hotel are good and the restaurant had a nice terrace. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. The team members we encountered were all friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here.

We booked this hotel for one night before starting our holiday proper. We found all the staff friendly and cooperative. The Plat du Jour menu @ €21 pp was fabulous and really tasty. Overall this was a very comfortable and good value stay and would recommend. No issues with noise, air con or cleanliness. Tres bien!

As corporate hotels go it's OK - lots of practical wipe clean surfaces (good for people with urinary issues). Its massive downfall is that across the road is a venue that plays very loud, horrid garage type music until the cock crows and given that the hotel on certain nights operates a no air con approach apparently, one's only way of getting any respite from heat is to open the windows onto the party. Clearly in a room that's floor to ceiling vinyl, should you book a room on the wrong night of the week - when the music's really thumpin and the hotel decides to disallow aircon - rather that enjoying a minute's shut eye you'll find yourself sliding around in sweaty plastic until you'll absolutely have to open the windows at which point the 'like or not' party sound will ensure that you don't get a wink. Proximity to the airport is good, I wouldn't go back though. Like ever.

Three of us arrived in Bordeaux after connecting flights from the U.S. via Paris. We had reservations for one night at the Hotel Mercure. After collecting our luggage we called the Mercure and were picked up 10 minutes later for the 3-minute drive to the hotel. Our rooms were clean, with appreciated features such as separate toilet rooms, terrific showers, and windows that open. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. At the onsite Le Spirit restaurant we had a delicious dinner (grilled salmon for two of us and the buffet for the third). In the morning we all enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet and beverages. The front-desk and restaurant staff members were all personable, efficient, and helpful. The Hotel Mercure was exactly what we wanted.

Extremely nice and helpful reception staff. Nice and comfortable room. Real sound-proof windows appreciated. Conveniently located at 3 minutes from the airport - Taxi or shuttle on demand. We had a very early morning flight ... Only unpleasant experience was with the restaurant manager preventing us to have the early dinner we wanted arguing that the restaurant was fully booked : The place was less than half full but we had to wait one hour at the bar ... to find the same restaurant still less than half full with no moves in between ...

Great overnight stay very close to the airport. Very convenient to catch flight early next morning. Just 300 to 400 feet away from Tram A Stop: Caroline Aigle, which is just one stop (3 to 4 minutes) away from Bordeaux Aeroport stop. So there was convenience from all sides. Room 303 (where i stayed), was very stylistic in sense. Some kind of wooden glowing tree gave a good feeling. Toilets were clean. They also provided kettle, & tea material for having hot drink in room. Over all environment was nice & quite. Didn't have any dinner (or breakfast) so unable to comment on food and dinning services etc. Staff was welcoming and nice.

Comfortable stay but I particularly want to thank the front desk for sorting out my mistake with the booking. It turned out that I had booked the night before by mistake which was paid for. The duty manager transferred the booking and no further payment was due. Thank you so much for this, many places would have just shrugged their shoulders and said tough!!

Rooms was good, I was near the elevators which is often a recipe for early morning noise but I had an internal door which o kept closed and had a good night’s sleep. The free shuttle to the airport was very welcome. The only disappointment was the restaurant - the courses are expensive for what they are. The hotel used to have a buffet which was better. I had a tiny bowl of soup (12 euros) and main course was a very greasy and undercooked cuisse de canard with some fries (20 euros). Breakfast was also poor, scrambled eggs had been out for ages and were dried out, sausages were very pink in the middle and the bacon was coagulated and had an unpleasant aftertaste . Coffee machines also do not work well, the coffee is not hot enough. So for 19 euros it’s cheaper to go out. But it’s an airport hotel, so what do you expect, really. Been here many times before, I felt the room was good but the restaurant used to be much better.

We arrived today to a long queue outside the hanger to a 30min delayed flight. After waiting 30min in the queue we were then told the desk had closed and we should go home or find another flight. They said they called passages for Manchester but no one on the party heard anything. We were told maybe we could take out large cars through security to try ??? We asked and they said no. We asked what we should do again I don’t know, maybe go home?? I was travelling alone with two children. I sat down defeated after being embarrassed by the staff and tried to all EasyJet. I was then asked to follow the same rude man and check my cases on - that easily! I went through security only to find all the Manchester passsgers still queuing at passport control snd the gate just opening/ we then waiting another 40min standing the the gate. The flight was 50 min late ! There was queues everywhere, no seating, few facilities. One we started boarding or walking outside a lady then came in screaming only fast track? About 10 min too late. The EasyJet terminal is in a separate smaller building called the billet - avoid at all costs! On the plane thru announced there were no hit or cold sandwiches only snacks. There’s a long way to go here and French staff are all very rude and stressed.
