Not the best trip I've been on ... we were kicked out of our room and made to sit in the lobby so the cops could go look in the room . I found out that there was a murder a couple years ago on the third floor .. The front desk also told us when we checked out that we would get a call from the manager to see if there was anything they could do about us having to leave the room and after a couple days no call from the manager and i called there and the manager wasn't there again still
Til this day never got a call from the manager.

The experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good,hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire

Booked two nights here based on the reviews and the rate. We felt the rate was very good considering the area. The property is close to the highway, but not too close to create noise. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was a full breakfast, which many of the Choice properties are not offering lately. At first it was because of covid, now it feels like it’s to cut costs. The breakfast area was immaculate. I really can’t say enough good things about this property.

When I landed at midnight in the middle of May to stay in Manchester for the summer for work, I had no idea what to expect since I had never been before. The shuttle driver from the hotel who picked me up that night from the airport was Adrian. He was very kind and instantly made me feel comfortable moving to a new city for the summer with his light-hearted conversation. He told me about some solid restaurants that the hotel shuttle's 2 mile radius covers and I've tried most of them, not disappointed in any of the recommendations. Another really nice driver who brings a spark to my day is Mike. Over the past two months I've had a pleasant time staying at the hotel (kudos to their always resourceful front desk) but what I especially cherish are the friendships I've made with Adrian and Mike. It's almost a ritual at this point to greet Adrian after work every day when he comes to pick me up from my office. He always asks how my day was and is seldom late. I have just over a month remaining at this hotel and I'm glad I chose this place, although keep in mind that the shuttle is shared by 4 hotels near the airport area so you'll get a chance to meet Adrian, Mike, and all the other jovial shuttle drivers if you stay at any one of those.

Very clean, recent hotel, beautiful outdoor swimming pool and very decent breakfast, I recommend this hotel Séjour impeccable au Holiday inn express Merrimack. À notre arrivée Samara nous a acceuillit avec le sourire et s'est très bien occupé de nous. Hôtel très propre, récent, belle piscine exterieure et déjeuner très correct, je recommande cet hôtel.

PPengguna TetamuWe were lucky to get a room for the night during this leaf-peeping season. I called the 800 number and was quoted a 2 queen bed room for $279, prepaid. Luckily when we got there, it was NOT prepaid and we were happy to pay only $165. However, the room was not terribly clean: there were crumbs and light debris in all the room corners and extreme dust and food debris underneath the microwave. The toilet seat was broken (completely detached on one side), the microwave didn't work, and the TV in the room had serious issues when the desk agent tried to turn it on for us. Parking was great and the queen beds were comfortable. The fitness center was dirty, neither the TV nor the clock worked, the trash was full, and there was no water. I used to work for a 7-star resort in Jackson, Wyoming so I was horrified to learn that hotel staff (namely 2 male housekeepers) lived on-site and could use the fitness center, but they obviously did not notice the cleanliness or condition situations in the hotel.
