Sangat selesa n murah. akses mudah ke jeti mersing, pantai, kedai berdekatan & tengah bandar n banyak restoran n gerai makan di sekitar kawasan. Lokasi & Penyaman udara baik, bilik besar & bersih, wifi sangat bagus! Saya suka tandas juga. Fyi, tak ada provide shampoo & shower gel, air mineral & water heater. So u mesti beli sendiri dekat kedai sana. Rasa selesa tinggal di sini selama 3 malam. Akan repeat lagi lain kali. Perkhidmatan yang baik!

Cheapest hotel with basic necessities provided. Best for solo traveller or group. Clean and also very near to Mersing Harbour for those whose seeking for best hotel for short stay. The male receptionist also very good and always ready to help.

I'd say Merlin Inn brings for me nostalgia of a building that stood still since the 70s. It has a rustic charm to it. The property sits on a quiet hill side, about 800m away from the sea. It is separated by the main road. Room is basic in a good way. It is well maintained, and clean. AC is working perfectly well. Bath Room is cleaned and good. There's no food or a cafe in this facility. So you need to either pack your own snacks. But that's not a deal breaker. Within a short 10 minute drive, there are food, eateries at the roundabout after the arching bridge.

Hotel bajet yang sangat asas yang sesuai untuk menangkap beberapa Z. Bilik-bilik kecil tetapi cukup bersih. Mempunyai beberapa serangga di dalam bilik saya. Jangan mengharapkan kemewahan. Satu-satunya pusingan utama ialah bunyi bising. Anda benar-benar boleh mendengar pancuran mandian jiran anda berjalan, setiap decitan katil mereka, barang jatuh di atas lantai, pintu dibuka dan ditutup. Dan apabila saya katakan jiran saya maksudkan semua orang di tingkat anda. Kadang-kadang kereta di jalan raya agak kuat juga. Jika anda seorang yang mudah tidur, ini BUKAN tempat untuk anda. Tangga curam, tiada lif/lif. Tiada air percuma. Selain itu, hotel ini menawarkan pengangkutan percuma ke dan dari jeti Mersing bagi mereka yang ke Tioman yang sangat mudah. Parking semalaman RM8/hari berbanding RM15/hari di jeti jadi ianya agak berbaloi.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and for some reason they have disallowed reviews on the site - likely due to their poor facilities and fear of (deserved) bad reviews. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because we were able to sleep in the beds, as they were passable. However, the shower stank and was so gross we did not use it even after a long travel day - it smelled of mould and fungus. Service is poor, you are left standing in front of reception for many minutes despite being the only people there before anyone acknowledges your presence or helps you out at all. The town of Mersing is also pretty lack lustre and the only reason to go here is to get to Tioman Island, but if you can avoid staying overnight I would do so as Mersing has bad; over priced food and a rubbish filled, dying ocean.

Homestay is clearness and comfortable to stay.. This house was bigger than expected.. Just staff/clearner not friendly well.. ignorant!

We had an awesome stay over. We enjoy ourselves in the house playing board games and we went out to tapau back to eat in the house cause we really enjoy the spacious hall cause we were tired from the day activity. Love the aesthetic and the house concept. Theres 3 bathrooms suitable for 6-7px adults.

View sangat cantik. Kawasan besar boleh buat aktiviti dengan family, boleh mandi swimming pool & laut. Resort lama so tak boleh expect lebih2. Kebersihan ok. Staff friendly. Towel tidak disediakan. Kena minta baru dapat. Dalam bilik ada disediakan water heater & mini fridge. Shampoo & shower bath pun ada. Free breakfast (8.30am-10am). Overall ok but not recommended untuk orang yang cerewet.
