Me and my family always enjoy our stay here. Friendly staff and the only hotel in town with free breakfast. Only thing is I personally dislike the pool here though as it is enclosed right next to outside doors so it gets hot and really humid inside there and makes you not want to swim. The humidity with the AZ heat is too much for us to bare.

Great place to stay at near ASU. Amazing rooftop bar that is amazing to watch the sunset.
Will definitely stay there again next time we are is Phoenix.

The room itself wasn’t horrible, however, there was what looked like food left on one of the night stands and one of the overhead lights and 1 lamp didn’t work. The toilet was not secure so every time we went to the bathroom it was wobble and the shower head was tilted at a weird angle with little water pressure and not a lot of hot water, mostly luke warm at best. Over all it was okay.

We stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect.

I called before hand to see if there were any additional fees, I was informed by the receptionist over the phone that it would be a 150 resort fee. When I arrived I was informed by the receptionist that it would be a 950 dollar incidental fee.

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I stayed 2 nights in late February. I am a frequent Marriott guest. There must have been a sports team in the hotel as youth were very noisy in the halls until about 2:30 am. On top of that, the hotel music on the patio woke us up at 7am. The lighting in the rooms was dim; tough for older people like us. The carpets needed cleaning; when I got in the tub having walked around the room in bare feet, the dirt was telling. The receptionist was great and did a great job of introducing us to the facility; but we probably will choose another Marriott rather than come back to this one.

DDennis WoolvertonNever had heard of Sleep Inn so was a little leary of the stay. I was very impressed with my room, it was comfortable and clean. They serve continental breakfast every morning which was pretty good. There is a diner next door and within walking distance is Walmart and a couple restaurants. Across the street is the Superstition Springs mall for more shopping. Also location was good. Did not see any questionable people lurking around. I would definitely use this hotel again.

PPengguna TetamuMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

Jjessicav1228azAt first look this hotel seems great and it's not bad there were just a few things that were unpleasant. It is in a quiet neighborhood, kind of tucked back. When we first pulled in, there was another guest pulling in behind us and he sped past us at least 45 mph, jumping the speed bumps, laughing hanging out of his window. I go into the office to check in there's no one at the desk but I hear a Ja Rule song blasting from the back so I call out ”hello” a few times. Then a young man comes to the front after 5 or so minutes, I check in, and he explains all of the rules to me. We pull to a spot closer to our room, which is on the backside of the building. There isn't parking on the backside of the building so you can't park next to your room if it's on that side. We have to park in the front and walk around, unfortunately the only walkway to get there was through the smoking area. I don't smoke, neither does my husband and we had our children with us. There were some shady looking men always hanging out in the smoking area so we constantly had to walk past them. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. AC worked great and the shower was nice and hot. We had the king bed with sleeper sofa, there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. So I went to the office to get sheets and pillows for it, there was a sign on the counter that said 'back in a few minutes'. I saw the front desk clerk through the window in the door, he was about 20 feet away talking to a man. He saw me, I waved even so he would know I am waiting on him, he continued to stand there and talk. I waited almost 15 minutes and I looked down the way again like maybe he's on his way back now, nope he picked up a bag of laundry and started walking further down the sidewalk. I was fed up waiting so I gave up, went back to my room and split up my sheets and pillows for the kids to use. One real complaint is when I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I turned on the light and TWO ROACHES!! I killed them, it was disgusting. I would have went to the office and complained but who knows if that guy would even be in there and how long I would have to wait. Not sure if we would stay here again, like it wasn't bad, we made due. The reason we were even staying here is because our youngest son is in the NICU in the hospital right down the street and it was close and convenient to the hospital to be able to visit him.

Saya menempah hotel ini kerana ia mempunyai sarapan percuma dan kolam renang luaran, sesuatu yang boleh dinikmati oleh anak perempuan saya semasa saya tidur tanpa bius. Semasa ketibaan, kami diberitahu bahawa kami akan dikenakan bayaran deposit yang boleh dikembalikan sebanyak $200, yang tidak dimaklumkan kepada saya semasa membuat tempahan bilik, kolam renang ditutup yang tidak didedahkan kepada saya masa tempahan dan sarapan pagi tidak dihidangkan. Saya sangat kecewa apabila mengetahui bahawa semua sebab saya menempah hotel khusus ini adalah untuk kemudahan yang ditawarkan. Bilik itu bersih dan tilam adalah tilam terbaik yang pernah saya tiduri dalam 43 tahun saya.
