Hotel Mestre dengan Bar

Lokasi sangat baik, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari Mestre. Walaupun berdekatan dengan stesen kereta api, ia tidak bising langsung. Sama sekali tidak perlu tinggal di pulau utama yang mahal dan menyusahkan.Jika anda tinggal di sini, anda boleh pergi terus ke pulau itu dengan kereta api atau bas. Saya menghadapi sedikit masalah semasa mendaftar masuk, tetapi perkhidmatan pelanggan Ctrip cepat menyelesaikannya, terima kasih. Kalau kena cakap tak elok, memang sarapan tak cukup kaya, hahaha

This was my last stop before heading back home and it was very enjoyable! The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and even printed our Gondola tickets out for us! The rooms are a nice size and the beds are quite comfortable. The a/c isn’t horrible but isn’t too cold either! The location is great! It’s about a 5 minute walk to the tram/bus station and about a 10 minute ride to get to the island. The parking was also excellent! They had more than enough spots to park for free! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area!

Отель оставил смешанные чувства. Останавливались здесь на две ночи, а потом перебрались на острова. Большой номер и удобные кровати нивелируются неработающей системой кондиционирования. Когда заселились, в номере было +27 градусов, и это никак не исправить - разве что открыть окно. Но держать его всю ночь открытым - не вариант, температура ночью опускалась до бодрящих +3, а окно находится аккурат над изголовьем кровати. Что также неприятно удивило - отсутствие тапочек в номере и бутылок с водой. Для отеля 4* по меньшей мере странно. В номере есть минибар, но нет расценок на его содержимое - поэтому из бара ничего не брали во избежание неприятных сюрпризов при выезде. Во время регистрации заезда сотрудник стойки регистрации ”украл” наш завтрак, сказав, что номер забронирован без завтрака. Очень быстро выяснилось, что он ошибся - мы решили думать именно так. Сантехника в ванной комнате местами ”уставшая”, но в целом без серьезных нареканий. Хорошие мыльно-рыльные принадлежности, но, опять же, ни о каких гигиенических наборах в отеле, похоже, не знают. Уборка была быстрой, оба раза горничная управлялась за время, пока мы завтракаем. Завтраки - ”классические” итальянские: омлет, бекон, несколько видов нарезки, мюсли, йогурт, выпечка, кофе и разбавленные соки. Из фруктов - цельные апельсины и груши и порезанные киви и дыня. Из овощей - листья салата. Сам район далек от ”цивилизации”, до ж/д вокзала Местре идти около 20 минут. Но для нас расположение отеля в этом случае особой роли не играло.

Perfectly situated close to Mestre train station. In order to get to Venice I recommend to take the train as there is one every 5 minutes instead of waiting for the bus which is often crowded. Hotel was very clean and owner is very helpful. Breakfast was perfect offering sweet and savory options. There is also a big grocery store (Ali market) 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The hotel is located across the street from the bus to Venice (10 minutes ride) and there are several parking lots around it. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the breakfast was generous and tasty. Excellent croissants. There are no nice places to eat around the hotel but we did not mind because the whole day was spent in Venice. We had drinks in the hotel bar in the evening which was very convenient.

The hotel is located near the railway station. It only takes about 15 mins to get to hotel. The transportb to it is very convenient. And there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

Very good overall, road surface a little noisy but that’s not the hotels fault. I would have liked more coffee sachets in the room but other than that we were happy and it’s very convenient for the train station for trips into central Venice.

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

My first time in Mestre didn't disappoint! I was welcomed by a warm smile by Neomi and her, followed by a seamless checking process. The rooms are clean and suitable for a city break, the feel of the hotel is very welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious this paired with excellent service really rounded off my stay. Transport links to venice (15mins by Tram/bus) makes this hotel suitable for anyone looking to visit Venice but stay within a peaceful town. I will be sure too reccomend to a friend!

Very neat and friendly environment. Amazing staff ready for guest's enquiries. My earlier perception of how the hostel would look completely vanished. Very comfortable beds. Good discipline among the guests. However, renting Towels at €5 seemed ridiculous to me. And also, Duvet covers should be provided instead of the additional bed sheet given. Nevertheless, I enjoyed staying and hope to return when visiting Italy again.
