They told us the wrong time for breakfast

The quality of the room was very good. The bathroom and bedroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location of it was quite good when it comes to using different types of transport. I would definitely say that the 4 star hotel was definitely worth the money and that it should be a 5 star. Additionally, the breakfast was very good as it had a wide variety of different foods for people with different dietary preferences and requirements.

Good breakfast. Clean room. Good service with a great supply of amenities. There was also luggage storage, which made our trip more convenient at the end.

This is absolutely gorgeous hotel that i really want stay next time, this time I came here for celebrate my birthday with my mum, i feel really warm and welcoming because your hotel have a great staff as Adom,(hopefully I have type her correct name ) she gave me fantastic advice for my trip in Venice and also prepared nice surprise to me when I back to hotel at night time! How lucky hotel have this amazing staff! I will definitely recommend my friends to visit your hotel!!

This is my first time staying here in Venice. It feels good. However, parking here is charged. It is free only if you book the hotel with Booking. This is a cooperation on the platform. I hope our Ctrip can also talk to this hotel. Thank you. If parking is free, I will definitely book again.

The hotel is 1.8 km away from Venice Central Station. There is a straight road to the hotel after exiting the station. There are many places to eat around the hotel, and there is a Chinese restaurant next to it.

Clean hotel, well located with the bus stop 2 minutes away. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. She gave us the bus tickets and told us what to visit and advised us. The buffet was quite good.
