This is my go to hotel. It provides me with everything I need. The front desk staff was great. This morning when I went to check out I was past the hour for me free continental breakfast but someone came out of the kitchen and told me that I could get a pass this one time. It was so cool. All I wanted was coffee but they were willing to accommodate me. I guess I’ll be going back just because of this treatment!

I booked one night here for my boyfriend before he flew to Costa Rica. The booking was in his name - but when he showed up, they said he didn't have his reservation. They sent him to the two other Marriotts in the area and finally he came back and they blamed the error on their system. They told him free breakfast was from 7 to 10, but it was 6 to 9 and he ended up having to pay $20 for the buffet. When I tried to call the property to check on him, they told me the rooms didn't have phones. When his cell was charged, he facetimed me and showed me they did. The management did nothing to compensate for all of their bad service. Will NEVER stay here again.

Nice and modern. Nice pool area, but no signs so we had to ask where it was. The breakfast was nice. The parking was tricky and the sinks in the bathrooms were very small.

Good hotel overall. Underground parking can be ab issue because they have double parking slots and guest as forced to share parking. Very inconvenient if someone parks behind you, you will not be able to move and may need to go back to the lobby to find out who is the owner to contact them to move their car. Also, bedsheets were not clean, or washed well.

Nice environment inside, nice service. Clean and quiet. Tall among the other buildings and easy to recognize, but a little bit hard to find the alley/road where make the turn…anyways, if you have a fast enough GPS, it won’t be a problem. Recommend.
