Easy place to stay in Mexico City. Convenient to the airport, Main Zocalo and Cathedral, Archeological and History Museums. Shoutout to the doorman who was excellent help when we were looking for our Uber drivers coming around the roundabout in front of the hotel. Second shoutout to the amazing kitchen and staff who made breakfast an absolute delight. Rooms are pretty generic - and they were comfortable. But the staff really shined.

We stayed for a few days while visiting CDMX and LOVED THIS PLACE. Here are some helpful tips: 1. The lounge on the 16th floor is free except for booze so stop in and get coffee or breakfast in the morning, or stop by for a snack after dinner. They speak English here. 2. There are 2 money exchanges nearby, plus they can change at the front desk also… so skip the airport rip-off on getting pesos..no worries. 3. There is an Avis car rental less than a block away… awesome! 4. There is a full bar in the lobby and a steakhouse inside the hotel… lots of food options nearby before 9pm. After 9 I’m not sure. 5. The neighborhood is pretty safe… it is the business district so the buildings are big and beautiful. I saw a few rando homeless here and there but not a big deal. On Sundays, they close the main road and make it a biking event that you can rent a bike and ride! So cool. The lobby staff is great here. Eduardo spoke English and was super helpful and kind, we loved him so much.

AMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Majestic, I never expected location to be the heart of historical district of Mexico City, exactly where I wanted to be. The building housing BW Majestic is also a historical landmark, along with traditional style elevators, tile and hard wood flooring. I walked across to the Palacio Nacional which was right across the street, also saw the Mexico City Cathedral, soaked in the amazing atmosphere of the square, all in all a fantasy stay. Bare in mind it is a historical building, so it would be lacking in some areas, for instance I didn't see any AC but this time of year was cool and comfortable.

This was a very pleasant stay. Front desk staff and housekeepers were very welcoming and profesional. Room condition was excellent with comfy beds and ample storage space . I really enjoyed the shower, hot water and strong pressure. The neighborhood is not the prettiest but felt safe and it has a Metrobus stop almost in front, just 2 min walk. The only improvement recommendation would be to add a small microwave. Coffee from the small coffee machine got cold very quickly.

Akhirnya, saya ingin menunjukkan bahawa jalan di depan sedang diperbaiki, jadi tidak ada jalan kenderaan tetapi beberapa meter jauhnya ada sekumpulan orang yang berpenampilan buruk di sebuah rumah kanvas di trotoar yang menghisap ***** dan memberi perasaan buruk. So I got them from Airbnb but I never rated them negatively because they helped me a lot and I won't rate someone low if they are a kind person. It's just the way I am.. I tipped everyone who helped me and one of them (I think it was Jessica) didn't want the tip. I just found out that Jessica (I think there's two) gave me a terrible review on Airbnb saying I'm demanding and have high expectations. WOW. I purposely didn't rate them because they helped me so much and this is how I'm treated. Was I new to Mexico? Yes Did I need help with getting food because there was nothing open (it was Christmas eve), yes. And in the end the food never came after 2 hours and the girl didn't seem to care. I had to walk to the corner taco and burger stand and the food there was horrific. Do I speak Spanish? No, so I needed help trying to get the bus reservation booked. Did they seem like they were willing to help? Yes. One of the girls (I think it was Jessica) screwed up the ETN bus reservation so I was trying to fix it for hours. I lost a whole day because of her mistake, but how could I say anything because she had been helping me. As for the room it was freezing cold. I stayed another night and that room was worse than the first room. In both rooms the sheets are freezing cold and very starched. There was no working phone. Their adjoining restaurant isn't a full restaurant. They have one item on the menu for the entire day and that's it. You can't order a salad or anything else. There's no good restaurants around the area. Even the pizza place down the street the pizza was gross. So if you are the type that needs any help from the hotel you are staying in, clearly this isn't a good fit. Hotels are supposed to help tourists. I get it's a small hotel, but so what. To complain about a customer who needed help (I was always very friendly to them) is horrible.

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Mexico City. We were here for the Dia de los Muertos celebration in 2022 and were so happy with the location and the beautiful hotel. You can get to the Zocalo in just a couple of minutes, as well as the metro. There are lots of museums, restaurants, street food, and other interesting sites within walking distance. It is centrally located in the city for seeing other sites, as well. Our room was nice and clean and we had a small balcony that looked out on the street. Our door also opened out onto the beautiful central courtyard. The free breakfast was nice, including eggs, frijoles, chilaquiles, toast, cereal, fruit, juice, and coffee every morning. A slight downside is that breakfast starts an hour later (8 am) on weekends, which means that if you want to enjoy the free breakfast you have to get a slower start on weekends.

어플로 사전 결제완료했는데 확인이 안된다며 다시 결제하라고해서 휴대폰에 저장된 예약번호와 결제된 내용까지 확인시켜주었는데도 모른다고했다. 한참을 그러고 나서야 트립닷컴 어플인걸 확인했다며 사과없이 룸으로 안내를 했으나 룸기도 고장. 곧 다시 교체해주었다. 방은 깨끗하고 시설은 괜찮았으나 몸컨디션이 좋지않아 에어컨의 온도를 올려놓고 잠들었는데, 한밤중에 누군가 방안으로 강제로 침입했다. 침입한 사람들은 직원이었고 그들은 방온도가 이상해서 확인하러 왔다고 했다. 그런데 분명 고객이 방에 있는걸 알고 있을텐데 어떠한 호출이나 노크도 없이 무단으로 침입해서 무척 당황스럽고 무서웠다. 직원들은 친절했으나 손님에 대한 배려가 전혀없다. 두번다시 가고싶지 않은 호텔. 동남아의 3만원짜리 방보다도 못한 서비스였다.

Before booking here you need to know what to expect! The location is great for visiting lots of places in Mexico City, it also feels safe, but since the area is full of night clubs you'll hear their music throughout the night especially at weekends which is not ideal. The hotel is good value for money but as a result amenities are very basic if not lacking. We had one roll of toilet paper when we arrived, and no paper tissues. No face or hair towels, just one hand towel and 2 bath towels (for 2 people). Only one hook in the bathroom. Toiletry bottles so badly designed it was hard to get the shampoo out. Only one key card for two people. The lift broke down one day, so we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is basic with few veggie options and no black tea at all. The biggest problem by far is that our room was on the 4th floor, where the kitchen and breakfast room are. Every morning at 6.30am, we were woken up by kitchen noises and food smells. One morning there also was a very loud engine noise. We were told this was the vaccum cleaner from the café on the ground floor of the building, which they could do nothing about. Believe me, it was LOUD. The best thing about this hotel is possibly their digital concierge Oscar; a whatssap number you can text, which gave us plenty of tips for transport and restaurants.

房間很大，有工作桌椅和沙發。窗外的景色非常好，清晨躺在床上就可以看到日出，這是我們最喜歡的一點。床的軟硬適度，不是那種坐上去就會整個塌陷下去的讓人腰疼的軟床，我們很滿意。距離公交車站很近，周圍餐廳也很多，可惜都很貴且味道也一般，並不值得，後來我們總是坐公交到Roma區吃東西，那裡的食物更好吃。

Good stay overall, although not a great value, with the hotel lacking the 5-star features I hope for. I'd shell out more for St Regis for a real luxurious stay, or stay at Marriott Reforma to save money. Good * Great service from the front desk helped us merge three separate reservations and recognize elite benefits. Also very good service from the restaurant and gym staff. * Perfect location near Polanco, a nice area to spend time in. * The master suite felt new and clean while having a weird layout. I wish there were a double vanity sink, though. Bad * No bellmen service at all. Upon arriving or departing from the hotel, no one helps us with the luggage. The ongoing construction work also closed the ramp, which made it even more inconvenient. * We booked the room for two guests, but all the bath amenities and turned-down service were set up for 1. * Breakfast selection was not great, without any live cooking station. Much worse than St Regis or even Sheraton in Reforma. * The construction work made the remaining lobby very small, and going to the Polanco restaurants area requires walking around the building. The taxi/uber will still drop off at the wrong entrance.

酒店地理位置還是不錯的，周圍餐廳比較多。因為有些年頭了，所以房間內一些設施可以看出時間的痕迹。服務中規中矩吧，前台checkin和二樓戶外餐廳的服務還不錯（圖二和圖三是戶外餐廳，到的晚了就在酒店吃了，食物稱不上精緻但味道還不錯）。禮賓就比較一般了，眼神奇怪、態度傲慢。比較過分的是自助早餐廳的服務員，房費是包括早餐的，但是客人仍舊需要簽一張賬單。我們給了50peso的小費，但是沒想到服務員擅自在50前麪加了個1，變成了150。照片中可以看出50前麪的那個1比較突兀，字跡和顏色都與50不同。（也是我們自己不好，衹寫了小費，圖省事沒有寫總金額，因為本意沒想給小費，服務員衹是拿咖啡壺過來兜了一圈問需不需要咖啡，除此之外沒有提供過其他服務）。在小費文化中待了這麼多年，還是第一次遇到這樣的事情。

Our family of four stayed in a 2-bedroom at Dominion for five nights. The unit was fantastic ... tons of space and great amenities. The best part was the location, which was across from Parque Lincoln and very safe. We loved being right near the part of Polanco with outdoor cafes and great streets to roam on ... really felt the European influence. Although we ran out of time to see it, right inside the park is an aviary, and you can hear the birds even without going in. It's a condo, but run sort of like a hotel, so here's what to expect: - Reception isn't 24-hours behind a desk. There's one or two people in an office, and after hours, the security guys help you with whatever you need. - They provide you with two (or more, if you ask) glass bottles for purified water, which you refill in the lower level of the building. (They're not going to deliver water bottles to your room, glass or otherwise.) Only real concern about this is that at night, they turn the water off. That makes no sense to me, especially if there's an emergency. - Door security is 24/7, which is great. If you come back in the wee hours, just knock on the door. - The pool and outdoor area is small but lovely. You need to ”reserve” it for an hour (COVID), but there was no problem getting the time we wanted. - This place is very eco-friendly. You'll get one bath towel per person unless you specifically ask for more. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom for my husband and I, which was a little weird. - If you are a Jewish sabbath observer, this place is awesome: inside the eruv, with kosher restaurants and markets close by (and they all deliver!), and a security doorman who will let you in with a knock at the door (rather than having to buzz the doorbell). Also, the big famous hotels, money exchange, etc. are right there as well. If we go back to Mexico City (which was wonderful), we'll stay at Dominion Polanco!

The hotel is in a very nice location, a couple of blocks from Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. The room was very clean and there was a walk-in shower in the bathroom. A nice ce upgrade would be to have USB ports by the nightstand. My issue is with Trip.com. I paid in advance for 3 rooms- one for me and one each for two friends. When I booked the rooms, I listed each of us separately on the online form. I received my confirmation by email and assumed that so did my friends. When we arrived at the hotel, I checked in without issue but when my friends tried to, they were told that no reservation existed for them. This is despite the fact that I had paid by credit card for all three rooms on one transaction. A call to Trips.com did nothing to fix the situation. The reservation number I gave them only had my room listed. My only option now is to dispute the charge once my credit card statement arrives.
