This Aparthotel is well located (many restaurants and coffee shops nearby), the suites have two bedrooms (a double bed and a single), with two bathrooms, a small kitchen, plus a small living room with sofa (not appropriate for sleeping), and dining table. This makes it convenient for 3 people. Cleanliness is good, housekeeping and reception personnel are very kind. The lobby manager is awesome and caring. On the downside, the hotel overall is kind of old, the appliances in the kitchen, as well as dinnerware, silverware, pots & pans, etc are mostly mix & match from different sets, they’re scratched, the microwave was totally nuts (when you press “cancel” it actually adds 30-seconds, there’s no way to stop it except opening its door). At the lobby at times when you ask for something out of their comfort zone (like requesting a couple bottles of water we needed at 10pm to take some meds, given water in CDMX is not drinkable) their best answer was that “the bottles inventory was depleted since a week ago and they still hadn’t replaced them. 😳 The a/c had a steady temp which cannot be regulated, and in summer it can get quite hot. Additionally the closet had no hangers (so we had to go and buy some to be able to unpack). Also, one of the dining chairs was broken and we had to put it aside to prevent anyone from accidentally falling. Finally, on a Saturday when perhaps guests prefer to sleep in, that’s the day they perform repairs to the rooms, and we heard about half an hour of hammering before 10am. Anyway, it’s still a good value option for a convenient stay given its location.

墨西哥這個地方不怎麼樣，但是這個公寓令我非常滿意，房東人超級好，熱心，關鍵英語好，墨西哥人都不會英語很煩。所以值得大家住。老闆準備的水果牛奶飲料很好，廚房用起來挺好。自己每天煎牛排 ，非常滿意

Ficamos hospedados no hotel em outubro de 2022. Chegamos tarde, por volta das 2h da madrugada no horário do México, e não tinha ninguém na recepção -- apenas o guarda do hotel, muito simpático e solicito. Como não havia identificação na porta, mostramos nossa reserva e perguntamos se era aquele o hotel. Ele confirmou, fez nosso check-in e fizemos o pagamento. Dormimos, tomamos café da manhã no dia seguinte e, na hora do check-out, surpresa: a recepcionista avisou que aquele não era o hotel correto da rede. O do check-in era a algumas quadras dali. Mas, ela admitiu que o erro foi na hora do check-in e disse que estava tudo certo. Nos prontificamos a ir no outro hotel explicar a situação, para não pagarmos no show, mas a recepcionista assegurou que estava tudo certo e ainda pediu várias vezes desculpa. No mês seguinte, surpresa: a rede fez uma cobrança dupla, pelos dois hotéis. Estamos desde então tentando recuperar o valor, mas sem sucesso. Não respondem pelo número do WhatsApp, não atendem ligações. São péssimos. Fujam.

一般吧，個人客觀評價: 1，這個房間沒有空調，天氣熱就別來了。 2，這個房間窗戶是內窗，朝公寓客廳裏面，大廳下麪的客服聊天 吃早餐 進出聽得一清二楚，不太隔音。 3，房間比較老舊，衛生很一般，就國內賓館水平。 環境：不過這個價位這個地段，就這樣了，房間有個電磁爐和微波爐 餐具，可以簡單自己煮個東西，沒有燒水壺。距離polanco比較近，我下次應該不會住這了。

不錯的酒店，在Planco這價格無法要求更多

Al llegar no me recibieron con buena cara, me asignaron una habitación deplorable, polvo de semanas, paredes sucias, wc sucio, monomandos sin lavar, sábanas sin cambiar, en condición de la habitación, igual de mal, mueble de baño muy dañado, marco de puertas mal, buros maltratados, la cerradura de la entrada se atoraba, lámpara de buró rota. Baje a recepción a pedir un cambio de habitación, mejoro la limpieza pero igualmente encontré, paredes sucias, polvo en diversas áreas, toallas deshiladas, de mantenimiento también hubo detalles cómo una lámpara de buró tenía un falso, marcos de puerta dañados, hace falta de verdad llevar un control muy estricto en la limpieza, así como un plan de trabajo para mantenimiento. Lamentablemente, no fué nada grata mi estancia, dudó en verdad volver.
