Location was perfect in a very safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants around. The installations where a bit old, specially the bathroom but it was very clean

Breakfast extremely limited. Pillows lumpy foam. No washing machine or kitchen soap or sponge. Towels very old. Great location and reasonable price. Just don’t expect a lot.

Very disappointing finding out that the hotel doesn’t have AC AND NO HEATER. It was 48 degrees at night! I can’t imagine the summer without AC. The towel were old and ripped The exhaust fan in the bathroom was super LOUD. We could hear the water running when the guest above us used the shower The curtains didnt fully close The formica of the closets was falling apart. The tub was tinny. MOLD in the shower window…. The only positive was the location and the friendly staff.

We loved this place. It is so centric that we are planning to return soon. The employees are very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in this two-bedroom apartment for 8 days and found it very nice. Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants (SAKS is very good and literally 2 minutes walk) and several food stores. Nearby 7/11 convenience store was open 24 hours and provided nice emergency option. For more serios food shopping we used Walmart Express, less than 10 min walk. Apartment is very nicely sized with 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and Kitchen, Dining and Living area. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for breakfasts, lunch or and light supper cooking. All appliances are new and in good working order including my favorite - Nespresso coffee maker. Really did not have any problems and the staff was helpful and prompt with small issues like missing fan in a second bedroom – was delivered promptly. The apartment does not have AC and being November, it was not really an issue, but we had couple of unusually hot days and fans were very helpful. One slight complaint is that bath towels were not as soft as desired but we are picking a little. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and explore Mexico City.

The location is amazing, in Polanco zone, close to Auditorio Nacional. There are plenty of places to visit as the museum Nacional de Antropologia at walking distance, several restaurants. It was just a couple issues: one day we were without electricity for almost 9 hours. And the aparment lacks Air Conditioner.

Check-in was very slow because the credit card terminal wasn´t working. No air conditioner in the apartments. The elevator wasn´t working for half of our trip. The tvs didnt work neither. The apartment is very comfortable, good location.

I like the are where the building is located! A lot of security around most of the building around have security, about the apt that I stay is good 2 bed and 2 bad small kitchen the only concern the we have need air conditioning! Need to be more clean before the guessing arrive! The security door guys are good no complain about them! I stay for 2 nights

When we arrived our room was not ready by checkin time. We were left outside while they checked on our reservation. The room is beautiful however there is no air conditioning so it was incredibly hot inside our 2 bedroom unit. There’s two fans but that did not help. There is no dish soap either so could not wash dishes.
