Great place to stay. Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds.

Mi estancia fue muy corta pero el personal muy amable las 24 horas que están en recepción. Tienen transporte al aeropuerto gratis y muy seguro. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, mejor que en fotos, tienen una buena ubicación al aeropuerto si tienes una escala larga. Todo muy bien. Volvería a hospedarme aquí.

This an excellent airport hotel, not a destination hotel. The staff, service, restaurant, pool, room, etc. were all very good. It's near the airport which is not a great neighborhood for touring.

It’s my second time staying in the same room. Both times are just for 7-8 hrs due to an overnight layover. The first time it seemed like the A/C was not working, but didn’t realize it until late and it was too difficult to move my entire family of 5 to a new room. I asked the staff the second time we stayed if the A/C was working properly. Again, it’s hot in our room but too much of a hassle to change rooms when we have an early morning flight. It’s the last time I get fooled and won’t be staying here again.

Love this hotel they have ride to the airport 24/7 and people are nice . I would recommend to everyone

The hotel is nice, but on a very busy street. Our biggest issue is that the shuttle only runs once an hour and only holds 8 so it fills up

Great customer service and we also purchased the pyramid tour that was offered with a guide. Priceless experience!

The hotel is convenient located near the airport. Free shuttle service. Quiet location. Room Service is good at fair prices. Room is comfortable and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide selection. We only stayed one night, arrival from international flight to departure of internal flight the day after. Overall we would stay there again of we come back to Mexico

Great customer service. Convenient location to the airport and EDC Mexico music festival grounds. Very clean and up to date. Complimentary airport shuttle was useful. Restaurant menu has many options. I wish we had a mini fridge to store leftover food but they were very nice to accommodate and stored our leftovers in their fridge. I would stay there again!

One night stay for an early morning flight. Very comfy and clean. The sauna was amazing!

our stay was amazing, from the time we checked in to checking out. they scheduled our shuttle to the airport, the cafe downstairs was delicious. highly reccomend!

It’s on a busy dirty noisy street. Didn’t venture out to far from hotel. Probably a typical Mexican type busy city. The food was pretty bad so I was hoping to eat somewhere nearby but nothing close. The room was clean and bed comfortable
