Clean, reasonable price, located close to many of the places to see included the airport and the supermarket. Wi-Fi not stable, breakfast could improve. Other than that comfertable stay. 綺麗、価格も妥当、空港やスーパーなどからも近い。観光するにも徒歩圏内であり、安全性も高い。Wi-Fiが弱く、朝飯も少し改善の余地あり。それ以外は良かったホテル。

This place can get extremely loud and busy at the weekends. The guests can play music all through the night and the hotel does little or nothing to stop it. My sons room had neighbours playing loud music till 4am. He tried repeatedly to get the hotel to stop this and they made half hearted attempts to do so. The end result was they kept playing their music and my son and his girlfriend moved into our room to get away from it. The hotel front desk and security were weak and useless in stopping this behaviour. We had little or no sleep before we caught our early morning flight. We also had an issue in ordering an airport taxi. I was told it would be 500 pesos for a large taxi to pick up my son and his girlfriend from the airport. I paid the taxi driver 600 pesos all in, but he came back 5 minutes later and wanted 810 pesos. I point blank refused to pay him and this took 10 minutes or so to sort out. I never paid him the extra money he wanted. The rooms were half decent and had coffee making facilities but nothing for making tea, strangely enough. The room had wifi, but it was sketchy and would cut out quite a lot. The hotel is a little out of the way and you need to walk or get taxis to get to the main places Breakfast was a buffet, but it was pretty much the same food day after day. It was scrambled eggs, mexican food, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. When we returned to Mexico City we made sure not to stay here again. There are many similarly priced hotels in Mexico City that are a lot less hassle to stay in.

Located away from the historic center, the hotel offers breakfast. Rooms are well furnished and housekeeping is done daily. The staff is very helpful. Tours can be booked at the front desk. We stayed for five nights and felt very comfortable. Special mention for the reception desk staff for arranging transportation to the airport on date of departure.

We stayed for a week. The staff is great. The property is very clean and comfortable. It is contemporary and has features more costly hotels don't offer. Unlimited fresh clean filtered water and coffee. Large screen TVs with all the apps. Comfortable beds. Heat and AC. We are finding this not so common in the area.

Great hotel in convenient location if you are staying for a couple of nights: close to Historic Centre, Roma Norte and Chapultepec Park. Newly refurbished, clean and with all the amenities you need, including breakfast buffet, coffee machine at the reception, small gym. There is a washing service at 50 pesos per kilo, you take a bag from your wardrobe and leave it at the reception, pick it up next day. Found it extremely convenient. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Kali Centro!

I had decided to lease a pocket WiFi during my stay and had asked the provider to deliver it to the hotel. The provider confirmed delivery of the ordered device, but it went missing from the hotel reception. We had to have another delivery of the equipment, which affected our stay. My room key card was blocked every afternoon when I returned to the hotel, and I had to go all the way back to the ground floor where reception is located to re-activate my card. Two small bottles of mineral water were provided free of charge on the first day, but were never replenished after the second day, and additional bottles had to be obtained from the service lady or purchased at the bar. We stayed with two people and were always provided with only one towel for our faces. The WiFi in the hotel was very poor, especially at night. At the first breakfast, the breakfast area was so crowded that we could not even sit at a table. Coffee was out of stock and not replenished. When we arrived we were told that breakfast was served every morning at 7:00 a.m. We asked our guide to pick us up at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday with the intention of having breakfast at 7:00 a.m. However, we were told on the day that breakfast was served at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday and we were unable to have breakfast. I would never recommend this hotel.

The quality of this hotel has shocked me, it looked exactly like in the photos. It was new, clean, very modern and everything was immaculate. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day and the cleaning lady did an amazing job, was very friendly and spoke good english so we could ask about extra bottled water when it was finished or soap etc. The location of the hotel could be a bit better but tbh it did not bother us that much as we like to walk, and it was like a 10 minute walk to Alameda Park, and maybe 20 minute walk to Zocalo, the only problem was that when we were coming back in the evening the road could get a bit sketchy, but nothing ever happened to us, just be careful and come back to the hotel before it gets very dark. The breakfast was amazing! I loved the fact that there were many Mexican options so that we could try some local cuisine, and every day the options changed so you would not get bored. The only and biggest downside of this hotel however was music in the hallway. And I would easily grant them a 5/5 rating but I can’t simply because of this issue. So they basically play music in the hallway and they play it quite loudly while the walls of the room are thin so imagine being woken up by the music at 8AM or not being able to take a nap during the day or even fall asleep in the evening because the music keeps playing. I have talked to the receptionists several times about this issue and every time they told me it was company policy to have music in the hallway and that they could not turn if off but they turned it down a bit which helped but then in the morning the receptionist changed and once again turned it up. It was extremely frustrating, this hotel was so amazing but my stay was a little bit ruined by this issue as there were many times when I could not fall asleep or when I would get woken up by the music. So overall this hotel delivered great value for money, it was clean, safe and had an amazing breakfast but they have to do something about that music policy because it really ruins the stay.

Excelente hotel, muy cómodo y con todos los servicios al 100. Bien ubicado servicio e instalaciones magníficas. Caminando se llega perfectamente sin mucho esfuerzo al correo mayor y zócalo capitalino. Cerca hay un par de cafeterias, Oxxo, tienditas de autoservicio y changarritos para comer, tacos, huaraches y cosas típicas de la ciudad.

snachts is mijn vriend slecht geworden en ging ik naar beneden om cola voor wat suiker. De dame aan de balie zei dat er enkel beschikbaar waren snachts in het automaat. Ik probeerde zowel met cash als met de kaart en dit ging niet. Ik gaf dit aan en vroeg of ze me konden helpen met iets te geven uit hun eigen bar maar ik moest maar naar de oxxo lopen om 3:30 snachts als vrouw alleen! SCHANDALIG dat je een zieke gast niet wil helpen!
