I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

Una estancia tranquila, el hotel está cerca de diversos puntos atractivos del centro de la Ciudad, el esmero del personal por la limpieza es notorio a simple vista, lugar cómodo, tranquilo y muy cuidado. Los servicios de agua, cafe, etc un plus en la estancia así como la amabilidad del personal en general. Sin embargo en las habitaciones considero importante actualizar televisores, ya que las habitaciones aun cuentan con televisiones por cable, sin acceso a internet lo que las hace ineficaces si se quiere relaj**** con un poco de música, películas o series.

The location is very good. Surrounding there are many restaurants and Cafes. The metro station just few minutes to walk. The concierges are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious. Special is the omelet made very good. The room is modern and comfort.

This place gets a no from me. Principally, it's because we were awoken at 7A to smoke filling the room. I went out to the living area and proceeded to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe. For the record, the hallways were much better. I rushed downstairs and stayed outside until the front desk could send someone up to do something to make it better. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Now, the hotel would say, we left a piece of paper on the check-in counter for you explaining this would happen. Yes, you did, but this is unacceptable all the same. Some folks will have asthma or other breathing issues and this could be potentially very serious for them to deal with. I happened to have a cold. Giving notice on check-in isn't enough notice. In addition, most of the lights were that bright white light I hate because it reminds me of hospitals. Plus, certain window areas were filled with dust. Ick. Just not a good hotel experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the room service prompt, and the breakfast downstairs was fine so two stars.

Except for the fact that the hotel told us that we can only have 2 breakfasts per room (we booked 2 rooms with 3 breakfasts each), everything is ok. Customer service of trip.com corrected it right away.

We really enjoyed our two stays at the hotel in late Dec 2022 and Jan 2023 for a total of 4 nights. The rooms are spacious (we were on a standard room), clean and reasonably quiet (some rooms face on to the street which are slightly noisier). The temperature control in the rooms worked. Breakfast was included and had a nice and broad offering of both Mexican breakfast and international breakfast. It is conveniently located in a nice neighbourhood and within walking distance of Condesa and Parque México. The metro is only 10min walk so very easy to get around the city from the hotel. A great choice for staying in México City.

This hotel is acceptable, but the standard rooms without a kitchen are quite compact. The room itself is very basic, lacking a fridge and featuring only an old-fashioned coffee kettle. If you have more than one suitcase, space becomes quite cramped. It's worth noting that the online pictures showcase their suites, which come at an additional cost. We inquired about upgrading, but the quoted price of 500 pesos seemed steep, so we decided to make do with our current room. The wifi was inconsistent, and the walls are super thin. You can hear everything you neighbor says if you understand. Quite annoying when you are sleeping and they wake you up by chatting away in the wee morning. Make sure you bring ear plugs and have them beside your bed. The staff, in general, were friendly, particularly the American receptionist (whose name I don't know). A heads up for future guests: the nearest subway is closed, making the journey to Zocalo quite a detour from this hotel.

함께 출장을 간 미국직원(멕시코 출신)이 알려 준 호텔이다. 가장 유명한 호텔이라고 한다. 조식 최고다. 내가 다녀본 해외 출장중 조식은 최고라고 생각 한다. 대체적으로 모든것이 만족스럽다.

This hotel is incredible! The staff is very friendly and willing to help in practically anything you might need… cribs, hi chairs, transportation, directions, concierge, security and always with an honest smile on their face. Location is extraordinary, steps away from Reforma Ave. where you can find all types of attractions for any age. The restaurant in nice and the food was delicious. Breakfast buffet is a must. Price/value is amazing! Thanks and congratulations to all the staff at Laila! See you again soon.
