地理位置很好，對面有中心公園，周邊餐館鄰林立，星巴克和7/11也有不少，大堂吧有大屏幕比賽，服務也不錯，大堂2個餐廳，一個很高級，另一個從早到下午，不做晚餐的，但是永遠有人排隊。

Great location. Accessible. The hotel itself is a museum, and theyve got a fancy music bar. Also has a good restaurant. Room service was 24/7 which is excellent for jetlag. The room however is quite dated. Bits of problems with the shower, but it's hot and cold. Frontdesk and room service speaks english.

This is my 4th time at the hotel and by far the worst. The room was far lower quality than my last 3 stays. Would probably not stay again based on this. The price for what I got was extremely disappointing when usually it’s fantastic

it was great experience.but if I complain one thing is that they sometimes didint bring some stuff I asked.

The location is very good. Surrounding there are many restaurants and Cafes. The metro station just few minutes to walk. The concierges are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious. Special is the omelet made very good. The room is modern and comfort.

This hotel is acceptable, but the standard rooms without a kitchen are quite compact. The room itself is very basic, lacking a fridge and featuring only an old-fashioned coffee kettle. If you have more than one suitcase, space becomes quite cramped. It's worth noting that the online pictures showcase their suites, which come at an additional cost. We inquired about upgrading, but the quoted price of 500 pesos seemed steep, so we decided to make do with our current room. The wifi was inconsistent, and the walls are super thin. You can hear everything you neighbor says if you understand. Quite annoying when you are sleeping and they wake you up by chatting away in the wee morning. Make sure you bring ear plugs and have them beside your bed. The staff, in general, were friendly, particularly the American receptionist (whose name I don't know). A heads up for future guests: the nearest subway is closed, making the journey to Zocalo quite a detour from this hotel.

함께 출장을 간 미국직원(멕시코 출신)이 알려 준 호텔이다. 가장 유명한 호텔이라고 한다. 조식 최고다. 내가 다녀본 해외 출장중 조식은 최고라고 생각 한다. 대체적으로 모든것이 만족스럽다.

Personal atento y amable, con la disposición de apoyar en todo momento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente Muy bien ubicado y el servicio de desayuno buffet excelente. Habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas con todas las amenidades

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

We stayed for a few days while visiting CDMX and LOVED THIS PLACE. Here are some helpful tips: 1. The lounge on the 16th floor is free except for booze so stop in and get coffee or breakfast in the morning, or stop by for a snack after dinner. They speak English here. 2. There are 2 money exchanges nearby, plus they can change at the front desk also… so skip the airport rip-off on getting pesos..no worries. 3. There is an Avis car rental less than a block away… awesome! 4. There is a full bar in the lobby and a steakhouse inside the hotel… lots of food options nearby before 9pm. After 9 I’m not sure. 5. The neighborhood is pretty safe… it is the business district so the buildings are big and beautiful. I saw a few rando homeless here and there but not a big deal. On Sundays, they close the main road and make it a biking event that you can rent a bike and ride! So cool. The lobby staff is great here. Eduardo spoke English and was super helpful and kind, we loved him so much.
