Excellent massage de Mr Besmllah et de son collègue. Un cadre magnifique et le personnel toujours souriant et très agréable. Après ce deuxième séjour, je ne suis jamais déçue. Je reviendrai l’année prochaine accompagnée de mon frère et de ma belle-sœur.

Really enjoyed our visit! Room was clean (with sea view) and specious, beds comfortable. Big thanks to cleaning ladies, room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Loved the food, big variety and theme nights are a nice change. Also want to thank pastry chef Mohammed who welcomed us always with a smile and a little joke (and so delicious cakes and bread!). And bar has so lovely bartenders, loved them all! Had a blast with animation team, all are so friendly and full of energy. You want to do something, just ask (tennis, Uno, petanque...). My biggest vows to Rayan, Helmi, Cathy and Amin. :)

I had a very good stay at the hotel, the room was spacious and I enjoyed the food. For runners and walkers the beaches need more sea**** cleaning, but I imagine this is not so easy to coordinate with the various owners. The animation team was good, particularly Katy who is a very hard worker and is always polite and friendly.

Cannot understand why this is a 5*! The place was dirty. We complained and were moved to a different room with a proper sea view. We told the Rep that the piano in the main bar area was dusty, it was then cleaned. However a window sill near the indoor pool was dusty all week. Husband was served a brandy in a dirty glass that had a lipstick stain on it. Paint was peeling, taps were corroded, the lift was rusty. The à la carte was not gastronomic, husband had one prawn served with his cold spaghetti and the waiter's response was that he would warm it up! Every table we sat at had a broken/cracked glass. The majority of guests were over 65 yet the DJ continued to play music more suitable for an 18-30 holiday. Not a very good experience here

The view wasn’t a sea view and i payed for it. The service , was not good . they didn’t want to change my room. they didn’t hear me or see my problem and the air conditioner was not working . And in the end i will never come back

Spent a really nice week in this all inclusive hotel. Comfortable rooms, nice big pool, beach access, tennis courts, gym, good range of food (meats, fish, veg, salads, soups, plenty of desserts...). A big thank you to "Chinois" at kids club, where the kids really had a blast, from start to end of day!

Ulysse Djerba Thalasso & Spa Soggiorno dal 22 al 29 agosto 2023 In coppia Clima caldo ma sopportabile Struttura costruita negli anni 70 Non brutta ma un po' datata tenuta abbastanza bene, staff gentile e cortese ma capisce pochissimo italiano Camere pulite, climatizzate e con cassaforte e frigo che viene riempito . Anche se appena arrivati abbiamo trovato la tavoletta  del water rotta, dopo circa un paio di ore e stata sostituita.. In camera c'è sia frigo che tv con Rai uno che ad una certa viene bloccato.. Nota un po' fastidiosa è che hanno  tempo fino al. Primo pm x rifare le camere indi se volete riposare dopo pranzo di farlo presente allo staff In hotel c'è il WiFi gratuito Che prende quasi al. Limite della piscina nn male abbastanza veloce. Piscine pulite Le spiagge assolutamente no (un po' x inciviltà un po' nn le puliscono) Mare nn bruttissimo e tiepido In piscina verso le 17.30 comincia la chiusura degli ombrelloni e eventuale ritiro o cambio salviettoni (da richiedere in reception) Spa palestra idromax eccecc tutto a pagamento La. Colazione non e male c'è un po' di tutto dolci salato frutta Pan cake e creps fatte al. Hotel was good all in all but not that clean. Toilets at the reception were terrible sometimes… Animateur (Aziz) was very very rude and didn‘t even say hello. Animation was boring. But bartenders were the best ;) (russian girl with pink dress and sister)

Great stay, excellent personel. Hotel is nice and friendly. Not to big not to small, exactly what we needed to have a rest! Amazing sunrise saw on the last Thursday morning of our stay!! Hours spent on intetesting discussions on well prepared hotel beach. Special thanks to outstanding personnel from bar: Sami, Louay, Wassim, Malek, you make the difference!! It was good to be back here after couple of months. See you next time.
