Usually when I come to South Beach it’s the same. I usually go to the crowded side. But this time me in my daughters decided to try something different, So we decided to walk towards the other direction, in which we came upon the Balfour Hotel. Notice They have a restaurant call Mehzcla, So we decided to stop & look at the menu. In we sat an ate, the food was great. But overall the best experience was the customer service . Which we met the manager Jamal he gave the most phenomenal service. You can tell Jamal takes pride in his service, I would most definitely be back. He provided my girls with many options, we notice they don’t have a kids menu in I applaud him for his patience, we will most definitely be back.

Good hotel and great location. Right across the beach. Hotel staff is good. All amenities avaliable. They charge resort fees for use of amenities even if you do not use.

L'hotel Sagamore ha una buona posizione a Miami Beach. La spiaggia è attrezzata. La piscina molto piccola e sporca. Il bar della piscina è fornito e lo staff cortese. Tutto l'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Le camere specialmente: mobili vecchi. Tende che non coprono la luce. Letti piccolissimi e materassi scomodi. Aria condizionata incredibilmente rumorosa, non siamo riusciti a dormire per il rumore.

My 10 year old son and I loved everything about this hotel experience. Lester at the bar and Ali and Fabiola at front desk were wonderful (and others whose names I can't remember!). Everyone provided the best service and attention. Restaurant was pricey (typical for the area) but delicious, pool perfect temp and never crowded, and room clean and serviced daily. I just loved the vibe of everyone and their attentiveness. Next door is a great market with tasty deli. Beach is just a block away, and is very quiet at night even though we went during spring break. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and am telling everyone about it!
