The room was fairly clean, but the facilities were very outdated. The hotel is very close to the beach and the convention center, just a few minutes' walk away.

LOVE IT!!! went with my girlfriends and it was the perfect place to have a quiet surrounding but a short block walk away from business. they have such a beautiful pool and the courtyards are gorgeous. great price for college students/more affordable. everybody was so friendly - front desk and maintenance workers!! absolutely will come again. just a heads up that the fire dept is very close - might disturb some light sleepers. i personally had no issues tho!

The hotel itself was nice — clean rooms, good facilities, and a convenient location that made my stay enjoyable. However, the staff were not very friendly and seemed unwilling to assist unless asked directly, which was disappointing. Check‑in also took longer than expected. Overall, the property is comfortable, but the service could definitely be improved.

Everything was nice, except the service, why the staff in the reception is so unhappy, why you meet customer with such an unpleasant face. I will not come again only because of you guys!

Lovely place, apartment was clean but there was sand/gritty bits under your feet all the time. Even though they came in to clean it's was still the same. They need a hoover not just a brush. Good location.

The room stank like **** really bad when we moved in, dusty, dirty. No free parking, had to circle around to find any available spot for $20/day.

The building is nearly a century old, with huge rooms, the smallest being a suite with a living room and a master bedroom. Its prime location on South Beach makes the price practically charity. There are about ten free parking spaces on the street, and judging from the on-site observation, the turnover is high, so you can wait patiently. The hotel also has some obvious drawbacks: a strong odor, while the bedding was generally clean, other surfaces like countertops were not very clean, the decor is old, some lights didn't work, and the sink in the bathroom of my room was clogged. But overall, it's still acceptable.

I would have liked to say I had a good stay, but what a surprise when, the very first time they came to clean my room (with no option to refuse service since there was no "do not disturb" keypad or safe), upon my return, $1000 was taken from my wallet. Since my wallet had NEVER left my room since my arrival, and my expenses were tracked, there was no other possible reason for suspicion. I immediately complained to reception, who obviously did nothing for me, and I then went to file a police report. Unfortunately, that won't do any good either, so BE VERY CAREFUL!! I also had to go back five times to get my room key card working again because it no longer opened the door.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a toothbrush, water, and snacks provided. It was my fault for opening them without reading the instructions, but it seems they were optional and incur an extra charge, so be careful.

The location is quite nice, not far from Collins Avenue and Lincoln Road, with a pleasant exterior and beautiful greenery. But once you step inside the apartments, everything changes... far from what you see in the photos on the website. We were initially given a run-down apartment; it smelled musty, and the kitchen was disgusting: grease, rotten items, a moldy fridge, a bed with holes around the frame, a rusty bathtub, a frayed rope blind, and it was impossible to open or close the window. In short, it was a nightmare. The owner moved us to a different "suite," and we ended up in a different setting, sanitized with bleach, a bit nicer, a bit cleaner, and less run-down. That said, there were problems with hot water, a very poor Wi-Fi connection, and the kitchen cleanliness was questionable. I strongly advise against this place... it could ruin your vacation in Miami.

Very good experience. I will choose this hotel every time I come. It is very convenient to the exhibition hall and the beach, and a few steps to the nearby commercial street. You can cook your own food in the room, and there is a lot of space. I will stay here again next time.
