Primeiro quarto que nós ofereceram estava sujo (tapete sujo, banheiro sujo e muita poeira. Fomos reclamar e nos deram outro limpo. Atendimento não é bom. Depende muito da pessoa que lhe atende. Comida excepcional do restaurante é quarto. Piscina ótima. Local bom.

酒店位置好 沙灘使用方便 衞生細節差 酒店對面有停車場比代客泊車便宜很多

很意外酒店還有一個多功能娛樂廳，碰到下雨天可以在室內玩遊樂設施和看電影

其他都很好，就是客房內不供應免費礦泉水有點過分，衹供應6美元一瓶的。這麼貴的房費，每天每人一瓶免費礦泉水都不能給嗎？比他們級別高或低的酒店都給！

My son, husband, and I stayed for one night at this hotel. We booked this very expensive hotel in the hopes of possibly returning for a longer vacation sometime in the future. We booked a partial ocean view room. The lobby and the resort did not disappoint. The pool and beach were lovely. We ate a light dinner outside at the bar and it was delicious. We checked in around 4:30 on a Sunday. We went to our room on the fifth floor. When we got out of the elevator, I was convinced we were on the wrong floor. Employees were preparing the floor for a conference. Guest room doors were propped open, large circular tables rolled by us in the hallway, electrical cords were all over, chairs were stacked up, employees were everywhere. It was chaos. At first, I didn’t think much of it, figuring once things were set up for the conference, the hallways would be clear. That was NOT the case. The conference wasn't until Wednesday. We went in and out of the room several times, returning to the room around 9 pm eventually. The hallway stayed in its chaotic state with employees working everywhere. It seemed as though we were the only ones staying on the floor. It was as if we were staying in the middle of a conference. I still cannot believe we were put on this floor. Who decided this was a good idea? They offered to change our room and paid for our dinner but that was it. It was too late to change rooms - after 9 pm and we were settled in. So disappointing.

We had a wonderful time. Hotel is in the perfect location for dining and shopping. Area was safe and very walkable. I took my 12 year old and we both felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend using the Soak Daybed Private Section as pool can get crowded otherwise.

Location was great 20 minute ride from cruise port, 25-30 minute ride from airport. Right on the beach! Hotel is very clean area is safe with many restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance

Excellent service, beautiful grounds, warm pool and great location. What a gem of a resort hotel for people with families. The beach area was lovely as well. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shopping if desired, but dining options at the hotel are very good and comparably priced to restaurants in the area.

Great pool and beach area. Room was larger than I expected and very clean. Staff in pool area were fantastic!

Superb property. Great staff. Pool and beach are beautiful. Walkable to everything. The bikes on property were great. Food at pool was great!
