When we arrived in Miami from Atlanta at 3am our code to enter the door was incorrect. We had to reach out to someone at the property to get a working code. The building smelled of urine and mold. The photos on the website must have been taken years ago. The bed was uncomfortable and not accommodating for more than one person. No basic necessities were in the room. The towels were the quality of cleaning cloths. It was my husband and I second year Anniversary. We were utterly disappointed. Will not stay there again nor will I recommend.

The communication prior to check in was awful. It was to the point we weren’t sure if we’d be able to check in because we hadn’t received the check-in codes/instructions as we were flying out. We had to call ******* to assist. They did eventually come around 3:40pm, which is after check in time. Even an email before hand saying the info was forthcoming would have been a little comforting. As far as the room itself, the reviews mentioning the smell were accurate. There’s a pervasive dank smell throughout. It could definitely be a little cleaner, but we didn’t encounter anything horrific. We only stayed one night for a cruise layover, but personally, we’d find somewhere else to stay if we returned.

Could be better if it’s clean and not moldy rusty smell in the building and rooms. Bed is uncomfortable and the add isn’t what to expect at arrival. Theirs no desk attendant or if their is never seen any staff and they do not clean the room for the entire stay

Room smelled like mold and chemicals to hide the mold smell. Cigarette burns on the counter and cold showers

Thankfully, we only stayed here one night. I probably would not stay at this property more than two nights. Our room stunk like mold, when we first arrived. The mold was so intense that it made me wheeze and my eyes water. Walls are paper thin and you can hear footsteps and people talking. For some reason the property has an echo. The shower wasn't cleaned very well, when I looked in I could see grime and other people's hair. However, we did have clean sheets! The surrounding area is fabulous, very safe and clean. When we checked in, there was no receptionist at all and when we checked out there was no receptionist. They just sent me a message on ******* with all the codes to enter the facility. I found the bed to be very uncomfortable, it was lumpy and very squishy. The towers were clean, but small and thin.
