Best Pet friendly Hotels in Miami Beach

It was wonderful having the ocean in your backyard. Pool was amazing especially at night. Room was smaller than we had expected. The location was amazing. Shops and restaurants lined the streets.

Seascape is the emperor's new seascape. The extra RMB 100 is considered to be a treat for the seagulls at the pier to eat French fries. If you are not very close, it is not recommended for two people to stay in a room, the bed is a bit narrow. It is not recommended to bring white towels. The hotel staff will take them away as their towels, and then your towels will be gone. But the decoration of the hotel is good, and the people at the front desk are also very nice. Shampoo is good. The bed was also comfortable. Still very good. Don't spend too much money to live in a sea view room!

The first room we were offered was dirty (dirty carpet, dirty bathroom and a lot of dust. We went to complain and they gave us a clean one. Service is not good. It depends a lot on the person serving you. The restaurant's exceptional food is fourth. Great pool. Good place.

The service is average, the facilities are good, and the service attitude at the front desk is very bad. Very impatient. Ask the front desk hotel what content, let us see for ourselves. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very good, but I hope the service can also keep up.

Super clean hotel, wonderful bed, quiet room, excellent shower. The pool is very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful and served us a delicious cookie at the entrance and two beautiful returnable bottles of water in the room. I highly recommend the hotel!!!’

Check in was fast. One lady at the front desk was helpful (Alicia, I think), the other lady was not helpful at all. Hotel is a bit of a maze, asked where my room was the unhelpful lady told me she didn't know. Saw a mouse run across the hall, under a door and into a room as we were searching for our room. Floor tiles were uneven, so we couldn't fully close or fully open our bathroom door. I tried to call the front desk 2 times and there was no answer. The pool and deck area are actually part of the restaurant next door, which could be cool and fun - but not if you are traveling with kids. At checkout, they held our bags for us, which was a nice service. There was a gentleman working and he was recommended a nice local restaurant for dinner.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

The hotel is not like a real five-star hotel, which is the standard of four stars. There will be an additional fee for each stay, each room has a resort fee (more than 30 dollars a day, the specific number is forgotten), parking also has a parking fee (more than 40 dollars a day, the specific number of forget), so count down, one day An extra 500 yuan will be paid. The beach is generally, there are seaweeds, not very clean, if swimming will also swim in the swimming pool in the hotel, so choosing such a hotel is not worth it. See you in your heart!
