i love hotel shelley this is my 3rd time coming i alway enjoy it my stay the staff are friendly and helpful great customer service specially by julia. the rooms are spacious and cozy enough space for my friends and i . the location is also amazing because very close to the beach and alot of restaurant near by, theres always something to do i love it.

The service was copacetic whether in the hotel or at the pool or on the beach! Thank you Deniz from the front desk as well as the lady who helped me with a late checkout (sorry I didn’t get your name!). Everyone was very hospitable and always eager to help! We loved the vibe of the hotel as well as the wonderful entertainment and food option. The Valmont spa was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. All staff wanted to ensure we enjoyed every moment and were taken care of. The car and driver they have for complimentary drop off in the South Beach area was a nice touch as well! We had a wonderful time and it was because of everyone involved, so shout out to the concierge and valet teams as well (Pablo, Herman, and the wonderful people who helped me when we checked in as well). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes to treat themselves to luxury.

Will definitely be returning to The Ritz Carlton, South Beach. Upon entering the hotel everything seemed super clean and I was greeted with a glass of champagne. I had a fabulous experience at the beach. A few names of the Excellent staff that made the day perfection: Murex, Jacque, Nerlens, Jefferey, and Daril. My group and I were helped to find a great spot on the beach, the food and drinks were amazing. This group of staff checked on my friends and I to make sure all was well. Will hopefully be coming back soon!

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

The Meridian Hotel is very well located, impeccably clean, with lots of vegetation. It has a nice chill-out room and a decorative swimming pool. That said, it is a little overpriced. The staff at the front desk could be friendlier.

Great hotel but parking can be an issue. All in all, great experience.

I feel the need to contribute an honest and transparent review. I booked my stay at Greenview - WEEKS PRIOR to falling upon the Tripadvisor reviews for this hotel. I read these overwhelming reviews days before checking in and they had me scared that I was walking myself into a nightmare stay. I decided to make my own mind and stay anyway - and I am glad I did. Upon arrival on a Tuesday morning (10am), the check in staff member was VERY nice and immediately took my bags to hold. March is a busy month in South Beach, so I didn't expect to have a room that early so I planned to do work in the lobby or a coffee shop. This hotel is located right off the Lincoln road mall so I actually decided to post at one of the nearby Starbucks locations. By the time my work was finished it was 2pm and I walked back to the hotel to check on the status of an early check in - and to my surprised my room was ready. I was on second level, #204 - the check in staff ensured I was in a room away from the nearby construction. I held my breath as I walked into my room - and to my great surprise, it was great. The floors are wood, the AC unit was working (blowing cold) and looked fairly new. I don't like cold, so I turned my unit off and didn't need to turn it on the entire stay. The room was like the picture of 2 full beds, same colors on the wall (green/teal). It is a little dim at night - but there was plenty of light and light fixtures to turn on. There was a nice flat screen tv with cable channels. The window was nice and large with a black out blind and sheer curtains. The black out blinds actually caused me to sleep so well the first night I woke up late! The bed is very comfortable, I had plenty of clean linens and pillows. The room was spacious, there was a separate small walk in closet with plenty of shelving, and hanger space as well as a personal safe. The room had a desk, chair and a small fridge. Bathroom was adequate with a spacious step in shower. I had plenty of towels in the bathroom as well as back stocked in the closet. The amenities were premium. Overall the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped. It did not smell - this was my greatest fear from these bad review - as I have an acute sense of smell. I did not have or see any bugs at any time during my stay. Actually, the cleaning staff were ALWAYS working. I woke very early on days to run and so I was in and out the room a lot and I witnessed the cleaning staff constantly cleaning & servicing neighboring rooms. Now was the room and hotel BRAND NEW AND PRISTINE?? There are scratches on the wood flooring, wall paint and furniture - but scratches isn't filth. The tiles in the bathroom aren't brand new - they look to be original to the old construction of the building...but again, cracks and not being new, doesn't mean it's filthy just older. Evan and Karen greeted us on the first day and Evan also remembered us throughout our trip and was very friendly. Housekeeping team was out of this world. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. Everything was overall fantastic! 👌🏽 10/10 Thanks to the Edition team for an amazing trip! My favorite hotel in Miami Beach yet.

We stayed here for 3 nights, everything was amazing, the rooms were very unique, Chris at the front desk was more than helpful,, location, ambience, food, drinks everything was a 5 star would highly recommend this hotel.
