The towels had some stains, and there was an envelope in the room for tips, and a tip box at the restaurant door, which... yeah. Breakfast was just okay; the pancakes tasted a bit fishy, the sausage patties seemed under-seasoned, and the muffins were dry, hard, and crumbly."

"Nice welcome at the valet parking and reception. We had to prepare sofa bed ourselves, although stated during booking that we will use it. Showering without flooding the bathroom was not possible. The dinner in hotel’s restaurant was good. The balcony was quite spacious but is flooded if it rains. Fitness room and outdoor pool too small. You hear the metro rail quite well and the construction noise and the fire department unit alarms."

"The worst stay we have had in the USA on this trip. We didn't expect much to begin with given that it was so close to the airport. It all started when checking-in. They couldn't find our booking, which obviously is something that occasionally happens. We had everything already: booking number, booking confirmation, confirmation of payment. Unfortunately, the entire check-in took over an hour and we were left waiting without much of an apology. Parking is 10USD a night When we finally got to our room, the cleanliness of it was terrible. Dark hair everywhere, stains on the sofa and carpet etc. We were offered a new room but, unfortunately, the new room turned out to have a running faucet as well as the same problems as the previous room. We stayed two nights and while they did come in to clean our room, the hair was still there. On top of that, the rooms were cold without an option to turn on a heating system. While we were waiting at the reception other guests called about that issue and apparently it is impossible to heat one room without heating up every single room of the hotel. It was one of the coldest weeks in Florida with temperatures as low as 3°C (37 F). The entire place was incredibly noisy and because it is an airport hotel people come and go at every hour of the day, which you can hear clearly. We had purchased some gifts for friends and after we returned back to the hotel for our second night one of the packages had been opened and someone had eaten some of the articles. It definitely wasn't us as all of us are allergic to some of the ingredients in said products. Definitely a weird feeling to know that someone has gone through your stuff. To sum up our stay, we definitely won't be back here anytime soon but it is probably fine if you are looking for a stay close to the airport and are catching an early flight."

"The hotel is decent, and the staff is friendly, but my room was very dated. I hate when the bathroom light and exhaust fan are the same switch and the fan is loud. I tend to write decent review, for $125 I expected better. The biggest disappointment was the hotel shuttle. I bioked this hotel partly bcuz it was near the airport AND had a hotel shuttle. I had to call 4 times and finally a shuttle came and picked me up after I waited 2 hours. I had to run into the street to flag him down bcuz he was driving in the far left lane. He even said had I not flagged him down he would've kept going. Plz fix the shuttle fiasco"
