Ulasan Up Midtown

The wifi was possibily the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. Mosquitos in the room with no way of finding how they were getting in and nothing to remove them. Could hear every time someone flushed the toilet in another bathroom

The location was on bus line with 3 restaurants within a block. It was in need of minor repairs but exceptionally clean which is a major plus for me. Traffic was loud until around 10 pm. Room was large and bathroom very nice with upscale toiletries. I would stay there again.

When we arrived, the check-in area was closed, so we were outside waiting, and i was trying to cancel because i thought i would have to stay somewhere else. After about 30 mins, finally someone finally showed up, said he was the only person there and was in a room fixing their AC. That should've been a red flag. It was late, and i was tired, so we checked in. We had a double bed room, and one of the beds was filthy with crumbs of some sort on the bed. The shower was either extremely too hot to shower or cold, so we took cold showers, no wash cloths were provided just hand towels and towels, and we could never get the tv to play a show, although it was connected to their wifi..smh horrible experience

Good comfortable stay

For the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

Very simple and pleasant. The location is reasonable, close to restaurants and some shops.

There is a lack of cleaning, and the shower comes out with water every time it is used. Being next to an avenue you can hear a lot of noise. The beds are comfortable.
