Great stay at Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell—clean, stylish rooms and a fantastic location for exploring Miami. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

Ask for the room you booked and do not accept the room assigned on arrival. The hotel is clean, THE AIR CONDITIONERS FILTERS MUST BE CHANGED dusty. The welcome may be a little warmer, but overall it’s fine. Take your breakfast menu before so much you have to go down every time ask before. Impossible to change imposed on the map. If you are CLAUSTROPHOBE YOU CAN OPEN THE WINDOW A LITTLE and you can do everything on foot. ROOM EXACTLY ON THE PICTURES.

The noise from the next room was quite audible, making it a bit loud at night. However, the room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable! The Brickell station is also very close by.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it was tasty. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a mall and close to everything. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, this is a great hotel, and I really liked it.

Booked two separate nights, and it was a terrible experience. The soundproofing was awful; our neighbors were live-streaming in the middle of the night, causing a disturbance. And the breakfast wasn't a buffet; you had to order à la carte, which was fine. When checking in, they pre-authorized $1 as a deposit, and the room rate (including breakfast) was already paid online. Besides the mandatory valet parking fee of $45, I had no other expenses. Everything seemed fine when checking out, but then, inexplicably, they charged me an additional $310 after I left, with no itemized bill or explanation. Luckily, I check my bank statements regularly and noticed it. I had to contact Ctrip to follow up with the hotel. The most ridiculous part? No one answered the front desk phone, and my emails went unanswered! It took about four or five days, presumably after my complaint reached the IHG group, for the hotel to finally email me a refund folio. This was such a hassle; if you don't want to be randomly charged, avoid this place!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing, especially for an IHG property. The room was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom had stains and hairs, the bed linens were torn, the carpet was dirty, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The noise throughout the night made it impossible to sleep—a crying baby, an extremely loud couple next door, and someone upstairs using what sounded like an electric screwdriver. There was also a strong smell of ********* in the building and even inside the room. I reported these issues to the front desk, but my concerns were met with complete indifference. The valet service was also disappointing, with attendants handling guests’ vehicles roughly and providing poor customer service. This hotel falls far below the standards I expect from the IHG brand, and I would not stay here again.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. The parking was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was well insulated from street noise, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside was that our neighbors were a bit noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Other than that, everything was great. We were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the LRT station, just a 1-2 minute walk away. The outdoor pool is excellent and very clean, with plenty of towels available. The hotel restaurant also serves good food.

Standard hotel, good breakfast. Rooms aren’t as pictured but family friendly

Its a good hotel before a cruise, the location is suitable for first timmers, room quite large and clean.

The absolute dirtiest place I’ve ever stayee

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

Good hotel, great location. The only downside was how long it took to get my deposit back—a whole month! Other than that, everything else was excellent.
