The best hot spring hotel in Taiwan! Definitely guarantee! Actually after visited slightly more then 50 hot spring hotels in the whole Taiwan, Sunrise Spring Hotel is probably the most underrated hotel, cause it has the best water in Taiwan, amazing sauna, beautiful location views, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with very comfortable price! Wish them good luck and successful business!

Check-in at the front desk was quick. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hot spring was very relaxing. Breakfast was simple yet delicious (served until 10:00 AM). The slightly later check-out time (11:00 AM) was perfect; it allowed us to sleep in, go down for breakfast, then return to the room to relax a bit before leaving. There was absolutely no pressure to rush check-out, which is common elsewhere.

The place was very clean, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

Originally booked a VIP room, and emailed them in both english and chinese, with them responding that pet fees is paid upon arrival. On day of arrival, downgrade us to the pet room from vip room, and refuse to refund the amount in difference, stating our email in english they don’t understand, which is not true because the email is in both english and chinese. Very insincere in problem resolution.

It feels a bit dated and doesn't seem well-maintained.

The hotel was larger than we expected. Even with an extra bed for the five of us and our dog, there was still plenty of room. Although the public hot spring bath wasn't open on weekdays, the private soaking tub in our room was spacious enough for four of us. Everyone enjoyed a very relaxing soak in the tub in the evening.

We visited on a weekday, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The hot spring water felt wonderfully silky. While the rooms in the older building had somewhat dated decor, they were very spacious. The marble bathroom floors were quite slippery, so be extra careful not to slip. The owner was incredibly friendly and chatty, and the well-equipped tea-making area was a fantastic touch. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The staff handled the broken refrigerator very efficiently. However, reservations are necessary for dinner; otherwise, your only options are instant noodles or driving to a 7-Eleven. This crucial detail wasn't clearly communicated.

It's absolutely outrageous that the public pool was unavailable on weekdays. And to make matters worse, there were no lights outside the hotel at night – fantastic! The private hot spring tub and water in the room were the only redeeming features. I definitely won't be returning.
