We were so lucky as our family of 6 got upgraded to an apar**ent at this wonderful hostel. Everything was new, immaculately clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and it was so wonderful to have a bar and lounge downstairs as well where we could hang out at the end of the day. The staff were super nice, and the hostel is in a perfect location just a 10 or 15 minute walk from the beautiful town centre. I would highly recommend this place!

Hotelkette sehr zu empfehlen, auch in anderen Städten.Beim einchecken gab es durch Herrn Youssef nur positives zu berichten.Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Gerne empfehlen wir das Hotel in Nürnberg weiter.Kostenlose Parkplätze waren vorhanden, sehr lobenswert.

I recently had a wonderful experience here, From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and were incredibly friendly and professional. I was truly impressed with the staff and their level of service and commitment to making my stay as enjoyable as possible. The excellent housekeeping team of Helena and Jana made sure my room was clean and comfortable. They are a great example of the kind of hospitality that can be found here. I would highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Nürnberg for business or pleasure.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Furth, Germany. Conveniently located steps from the Furth Christmas markets and a very short walk to the train station. Public transportation will get you to Nurnberg Christmas Markets in 15 minutes. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. There's a very good Thai place right across the street. (Highly recommend). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a very nice sauna area at no extra charge. Did not eat at hotel, cannot review. Parking was about 14 Euros per day. Room was very spacious with separate sitting area, bedroom and a small kitchen with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Overall, a very nice stay and convenient to Nurnberg. Very reasonable rates as well. highly recommend.

Eine positive Überraschung!
Wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass die Getränke im Zimmer kostenfrei sind. Dieser war mit Cola, Wasser, Apfelsaft und Bier ausgestattet.
Natürlich haben wir uns über die Aufmerksamkeit sehr gefreut.
Zudem ist der Wellnessbereich mit der kleinen Sauna, 4 Duschen und 4 Liegen klein aber fein und war ebenso schöner als vorgestellt.
Das Zimmer ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Zudem hat es bequeme Betten für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich und fand das Hotel sehr angenehm.
Das einzige wo noch etwas Verbesserungspotential besteht, ist die Sauberkeit im Detail. Auch wenn es auf dem ersten Blick alles sehr sauber scheint, sieht man auf dem zweiten Blick, dass zB der Abschluss in der Dusche nicht in der Ritze gereinigt wurde, sowie auch die Regendusche.
Der Boden wurde längere Zeit wohl nicht gewischt. Haben wir an unseren Socken später erkannt, mit dem Auge war dies nicht zu erkennen.😅
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, Kaufland und viele Restaurants sind flussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Asiate gegenüber vom Kaufland. Günstig und lecker. ☺️
Zudem kommt man auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt.
Im Großen und Ganzen überwiegt der positive Teil dieses Hotels. Über die kleinen Hygienemängel kann man auch hinweg sehen.
Preis-Leistung-Passt hier. 👌

DasAppartement ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Küchenzeile ist top ausgestattet, der Esstisch, das Bett und das Bad sind sehr schön. Verpflegung hatten wir nicht, aber wir haben das Frühstücksbuffet gesehen und das sah sehr reichhaltig aus. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, wenn man zum Kurpark oder Therme möchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kostenlos Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Wir würden wieder buchen.

O hotel fica bem em frente à estação de trem da cidade, o que é ótimo. Não deixaram fazermos o check-in antecipado, mas permitiram que deixássemos nossas coisas no hotel para caminhar na cidade. A entrada da cidade antiga fica a 500m do hotel, uma curta caminhada. O café da manhã não estava incluso na diária, mas acabamos pagando o adicional. O café possuía diversos tipos de chás, café, capuccino, pães, queijos, salame, salsicha, ovo, tomate, entre outros. A cama era confortável. Como em todos os hotéis que ficamos na Alemanha, a cama de casal possuía uma divisória no meio e dois edredons. A ducha era boa. Apesar de não falarmos alemão, não tivemos problemas de comunicação.

This hotel has an exceptionally pretty frontage and an excellent location in the heart of Rothenburg, itself a very pretty town.
But beware. I turned up and my room was not in the hotel, but in a building 3 minutes walk away WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING! In temperatures of low 30's and high humidity, not funny.
I was exceptionally lucky and eventually!! was able to move in, pay €20 and get aircon. For a 4 star hotel, this is not acceptable.
Some staff were very stern faced, but others bubbly.
Evening meal quality was good, though pricey.
So be careful.
The opticians, by the way, opposite the bank 1 minute walk from the hotel towards the square we're so kind and wonderful by helping one of our friends fix the arm of broken spectacles. Thank you.

I stayed there for business and a company event. The room was excellent with a balcony and air conditioning. All was new and modern and nothing to complain about. The food was good and breakfast buffet offers everything for every taste. The hotel lies a bit outside Dinkelsbühl, app. 800 m to get to the city center, so not too far. In contrast to all the historic building this is a contrast to major accomodation you find in Dinkelbühl. It is ultra modern. Parking is very easy there is a parking facility opposite the hotel. There are major constructions going on in the distance, but as the parking garage is between this, no trouble at all. The outside area is nice and the bar is very good and offers a vast range of cocktails. So this is a very modern hotel near one of the most prettiest medieval towns in Germany. Good for bigger group. And dogs are allowed.

PPengguna TetamuTo me it seems the people running this hotel have thought things through from the perspective of a traveller. The location is ideal for a tourist. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite. There is not an expansive lobby/lounge area but who really hangs out in a hotel lobby anyway? As someone on a three week trip with only carry-on luggage, the fact that there was free laundry equipment meant a lot! Our room was well laid out and comfortable, with USB ports and multiple electrical sockets available. The bed linens and pillows were the best we’d had to that point in our trip and the shower was great. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker and the balcony area outside our room. We did not subscribe to the breakfast offered for 18€/pp. There is a nice bakery 100 meters up the street where we could get breakfast for two for the same amount. The decor is minimalist to the point of Spartan but everything was clean and well maintained.

PPengguna TetamuDie Anreise hat leider eher schlecht begonnen, da an der Schranke zur Parkgarage erst mal Verwirrung entstanden ist. Zunächst ist die Feuerschutztür zu, ein rotes Lämpchen leuchtet und die vielen Knöpfe am Gerät sind nicht beschriftet. Letztendlich gelang es mir mich mit der Rezeption zu verbinden, welche mir zunächst erklärt hat, dass sie mich nicht reinlassen können, da es ja keine Plätze mehr gibt (rotes Lämpchen ist dafür der Indikator - das muss man scheinbar selber wissen). Große Alternativen gibt es draußen aber nicht, da man sich direkt an einer Parkplatzlosen Straße befindet, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Letztendlich wurde ich reingelassen, und siehe da.....2-3 Parkplätze frei und noch 4-6 weitere Behindertenparkplätze. Schlechtes Management auf ganzer Linie! So möchte man nach einer langen Reise aus dem Ausland nicht begrüßt werden. Der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption, sowie die Bar, sehen sehr nett aus. Der Check-In erfolgt recht zügig und man kann sich schnell auf sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Mein Feedback bezüglich der Garage wurde allerdings beinahe gekonnt ignoriert, wenn auch angehört. Immerhin. Minibar gibt es keine, die darf man sich im Eingangsbereich selbst auffüllen. Da musste ich einfach nur lachen. Da kann man gleich mit seinem Rucksack zum Supermarkt gehen und sich alles billiger auf das Zimmer schleppen. Ich glaube das Hotel hat den Sinn einer befüllten Minibar auf dem Zimmer nicht ganz verstanden. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr nett, auch relativ ruhig, wenn man bedenkt in welcher Gegend man sich befindet. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber, auch optisch sehr nett dekoriert finde ich. Eine Freundin von mir hatte ein Zimmer in einem anderen Stockwerk. Leider kann man mit seiner Zimmerkarte, welche für den Lift notwendig ist, nicht in andere Stockwerke fahren. Super mühsam hier 3-4 Stöcke die Treppe auf und ab zu laufen. Dann die nächste Überraschung (auch wenn das eher ein ”erste-Welt-Problem” ist). Netflix ist auf dem Fernseher gesperrt. Ein kurzer Besuch bei der Rezeption sollte zwar für Licht in der Sache Sorgen, aber vielmehr schuf es Verwirrung, nachdem mir erklärt wurde, dass Netflix nur in den Junior-Suiten oder aufwärts freigeschalten ist. Das W-Lan ist zwar gratis Im ganzen Hotel (was bedeutet dass Netflix am eigenen Handy funktioniert), aber am TV-Gerät wird es bewusst gesperrt. Wo ist da die Logik? Der Essensbereich ist leider etwas ungünstig positioniert, allerdings war das Buffet ganz gut, sowohl von der Qualität als auch von der Auswahl. Nur die warmen Speisen könnten etwas wärmer sein, aber das scheint heutzutage in der Hotelbranche schon normal zu sein. Es ist am Wochenende eher schwer ein Platz zu finden, um 09:30 Uhr waren nur noch 2 Tische frei (bei mehreren dutzend vorhanden Tischen). Check-out war schnell und unproblematisch. Basierend allerdings auf den oben beschriebenen Erfahrung finde ich das Hotel zu teuer! 2 Nächte mit Parkplatz und Frühstück machten fast 300€ aus. Ich glaube dieses Hotel hat

KKonstantin AlekseevPeople, pay attention: when you get to your rooms, always check the a/c, especially in the summer. It seems this hotel has huge problems with the a/c and the whole management and no matter if the a/c is broken in the rooms, they'll still put you there and charge you the absolutely same amount of money as for a ”normal” room. Absolutely unacceptable for NH Collection, excuse me!!
My case: I went to my room and thought everything is ok. 4 hours later I figured out that the a/c doesn't cool down the room, but only the ventilation & heating functions are working. When I complained, the guy at the reception told me: ”I can't do anything right now, you just open your window and tomorrow when the technician can't repair the a/c, your room will be changed”. ***?! Really?! NH Collection??
On the next day they have me another room, where the a/c worked exactly for 24h. On the day I had to check-out, the a/c stopped working as well. The lady at the reception only said: ” Oh, also this room needs to be repaired”. When she opened her list, there were at least 10 rooms marked red with broken a/c.
In sum: Never again there!!!

PPengguna TetamuWir waren zum zweiten Mal über Sylvester in diesem Hotel. Übernachtet haben wir in einem Familienzimmer, was zwei normalen Zimmern mit Durchgangstür entspricht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend geräumig und angemessen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Allerdings zu den Stoßzeiten sehr voll. Um das Buffet ist dann sehr wenig Platz. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spielezimmer für Kinder und Pool-Bereich sind gut.

It's just a short walk to many major tourist sights including the Imperial Castle and Nazi Art Bunker. We had a king room overlooking the front that felt rather spacious. The room and all the amenities were great. I had to take away a star for the hard bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and too firm and I woke up with back pain. Thankfully we only stayed one night. There is a parking garage under the hotel but our van was a little too large for it. So we parked at another parking garage about a 5-10 min walk down the street for €18 a night. Well worth it if you have a large vehicle and want to keep it off of street parking. I emailed the hotel weeks before our arrival asking about parking for a large van and they promptly answered with directions to the other parking garage. The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants within a short walk. We did not buy the breakfast at the hotel due to the many other options nearby. The hotel does have free coffee and tea before 10am; after that, it's €4. Except for the hardness of the bed, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, largely due to the fantastic location. I’d still stay here again if we return to this area.

PPengguna Tetamutop Lage, die Innenstadt war zu Fuß innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und von der Größe ausreichend. Leider wurde einmal der Zimmerservice vergessen. Die Air-Condition könnte etwas intensiver sein. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr ansprechend vorbereitet. Die Frühstückszeiten wurden großzügig erweitert. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, reichlich und toll zusammengestellt. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr praktisch war die Tiefgarage am Haus mit Zugang zum Hotel.
Bestens zu empfehlen.

It is also near the old city where there are many dining options. Nothing really there to complain about.

CChrisW76This is a great place to stay for a business traveller when all you want is a clean secure and quiet place to stay for the night. I was in a single room and it was small but still perfectly fine for me. Breakfast had a good standard variety of cooked and normal German breakfast. Parking was no problem as the hotel is in a complex with a supermarket. Having the supermarket next door was also a plus for getting some food to eat for the evenings, though in Bavaria all of the shops shut at 8pm so you have to remember not to leave it too late.

PPengguna TetamuZentrales Hotel beim Hauptbahnhof. In 5 Minuten gelangt man in die wunderschöne Altstadt. Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Unser Familienzimmer war neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Frühstück zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen wieder, unsere Kinder fragen schon wann wir da nächste mal ins Playmobilland fahren.

PPengguna TetamuIt was a quick one day trip and a&o offered an excellent stay in their hostel. Their staff were friendly and they spoke English so there was no problem in communicating for those who doesn’t know German. Best option for students.
