Excellent budget hotel, super helpful staff and great reception team who are always very polite and happy to help. We were there while working at the Messe and will use it as our hotel of choice for other events in the city. Great location too!

Nice budget hotel, would be nice to have kettle to rent, but not big of a deal. Nice friendly staff, 10-15mins walk to the Christmas market, so it’s worth the price and distance. Generally great for a short City break.

A nice stay at this accor property. For an Ibis the rooms are of a good size, location is very close to the city centre. Old town and railways station are within walking distance. Several dining options in the old city. Room was without breakfast so cannot comment about it. Costs Eur 15 / person / day. Stayed in December, prices were on the higher side, I assume due to the Christmas market season. Service was top, and a special shout out to the gentleman working at the bar (evening Saturday 10th December). Really good and friendly service. I liked the location a lot, a stone throw from the city centre and hence avoiding the crowded streets and in a quieter yet centric neighborhood. No tea / coffee maker in room. Nice hotel and recommended.

It was a quick one day trip and a&o offered an excellent stay in their hostel. Their staff were friendly and they spoke English so there was no problem in communicating for those who doesn’t know German. Best option for students.
