De l’accueil au départ tout a été parfait ! Bon rapport qualité/prix. Accès facile en sortant de l’autoroute. Une petite chambre bien organisée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est facile d’accès et très correct. La salle est très propre et agréable. La réceptionniste est particulièrement professionnelle et très sympathique

PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is very close (virtually opposite) to Toulouse Central Station. My room was on level 7 with good city views. The room has all the standard amenities including a very small kitchen with plates and cutlery. There is BBC on the TV, but not CNN, which is general standard in Europe in 3 to 4 star hotels. The bathroom was very large and shower was exceptional. The air-conditioning was also easy to use and worked effectively. However, there is 150 Euro deposit, even when you have prepaid for the reservation. This was not clearly stated when making the booking. This is so called ”security deposit”, is required to cover the loss of plates, cups and knifes/forks this go missing They tried to insist I use a credit card for this payment, but I decided to pay cash. The only problem with security deposits, they often take many weeks to return to international debit and credit cards. Other issues about this location: Just 1 min walk from the hotel is an excellent mini supermarket, which sells things likes ice, alcoholic drinks and a range of salads. While this hotel is convenient to the central station and supermarkets, it is about 2 to 3 km walk to main tourist attractions of Toulouse - cathedrals and plazas. If you coming to see Toulouse to visit Airbus (Factory Tour and Museum), the metro train departs from the central station area, with additional transfer to a Tram. The total travel time is 1 hour. If you traveling to the airport, the airport express bus leaves from the Central Station zone (about 2 mins walk from the hotel). The fare is 9 Euros which expensive for 25 to 30 min trip. The first bus leaves at 5:00am and bus operate every 15 to 20 mins. There are cheaper ways to airport, but that requires a metro, tram and or bus connections.

PPengguna TetamuWe spent four nights here and thought it was an excellent base for our Toulouse city break. It’s a short walk from the main train station, which we found very handy, having travelled here from Biarritz. The apartment had one bedroom with a balcony, plus we made use of the sofa bed as there were three of us. The kitchen area is well-equipped, and the apartment as a whole is clean and well maintained. We weren’t expecting it, but the apartment was serviced each day. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend in Toulouse. Booked direct through the hotel's own website with a competitive price. Location is excellent. Easy to get to from the airport using the T2 tram and then a change at Palais de Justice for the metro and then get off at Jean D'Arc and a few minutes walk. Well located for all the main sites. Le Capitole only an easy 10mins walk and the same for the train station the opposing direction. Gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and also helpful explaining that self service coffee, tea and water was always available in the reception area and that it was included in the price. This was very welcome for the mornings and when we got in in the evening after a day out. Room itself was small but had a generous and comfortable queen size bed though. Only one chair for the desk being a negative when there are two of you. One person had to sit on the bed! Bathroom in contrast was fairly spacious and not cramped compared to the main bedroom area. Everything seemed clean and modern. Good water pressure in shower and hot water always available. Room also had kettle and tea and coffee for when you didn't want to go back down to reception for drinks! Although the room was smaller than ideal, we enjoyed staying here for the facilities and location. if we returned to Toulouse, would certainly consider staying again. Can recommend.

PPengguna TetamuVery welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

Unfortunately due to flight issues, I was very late arriving, and I always wonder if there will be problems when you turn up late. No such problems. (the issue is that BA seem to be unaware of the fact that when running an airline, its useful to use the same 24 hour clock as everyone else, and think that its more fun if they reinvent a 26 hour one, and even better if the hours are not necessarily sequential) A 20 min walk from the air terminal with Google walking directions - easy enough, and the night reception (at 1am) was very efficient and welcoming. The room was great - comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a kettle which is a great touch, although like all these pod-coffee machines, they're great if you know how to use them, but if you don't know how to use this exact model, then you are completely on your own - no instructions, no handy pictorial guide, no stickers saying 'press here' or so on. Nope - you've just got to guess. Once I'd cleared up the water it was fine. Breakfast was really good - excellent choice and very high quality. Good location for the airport. It's about 800m walk. That takes about 10-15 minutes, which is actually pleasant when you've been cooped up on a plane. I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully for longer next time.

The hotel is well located, being only 10-15 minutes from the train station and about the same to the old town and the cathedral. I liked that they’d made a rather plain building look prettier by planting window boxes of red geraniums. We were allotted a spacious room on the 3rd floor, (301) larger than the normal Ibis room and facing the front. Fairly quiet but we could hear a little bit of road noise and some noisy kids! There must be a school across the road. Enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink after we prompted the receptionist. Close to restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast as there was a good bakery a couple of doors down.

PPleromaa👍🏻 Première fois en appartement hôtel, le studio est grand avec 1 séjour cuisine et une chambre. La cuisine est super équipée et on peut absolument tout faire : du café aux oeufs au plat. Le frigo permet de stocker des achats alimentaires.
👍🏽 Chauffage et climatisation compris. Silence des chambres. L'hôtel est bien desservi par les bus et le métro pour aller au centre ville, et aux alentours il y a des commerces, boulangeries, supérettes, kebabs ouz bars.
👎 Très mauvaise literie et les couvertures étaient pleines de cheveux des anciens clients. De même le sol avait une couche de moutons, et les rideaux étaient à moitié déchirés, mais on peut utiliser les volets roulants pour se préserver le soir.

We had asked for a room away from the lifts however when we went up to the room we were quite near the lift so I went downstairs to ask if we could change rooms. I was told by the receptionist that the hotel was full. so went back upstairs to go into the room. While I was downstairs my husband tried to get into the room many times and I also tried when back upstairs without success. The key-card machine kept flashing red except once for about 2 seconds went green but did not connect and open. So I again went downstairs to speak to the receptionist. At this point she was extremely rude saying, 'have you put the card in correctly, has it gone green etc'? Talking to us as if we had never used a keycard before! Then she proceeded to come upstairs and try the card without success herself even banging the door to try and open it. A short time afterwards once in our room I went downstairs to ask if I could have an extra blanket as sometimes I feel the cold at night to find a very helpful different receptionist who went to look for one. The room was fine- normal layout for the Ibis. Had an extremely large television. Unfortunately we had a very bad night due to what appears to the toilet fan unit being very noisy /broken and a road cleaner working along the roads outside our window from 0500 to 0545. When I mentioned in the morning that it appears the toilet fan was broken it was to the same receptionist who checked us in, turned round and said we should have asked to change rooms!!!!! When arrived showed my Silver Accor membership card - however nothing extra for being a member offered. Excellent central location
