You get what you pay for. It served its purpose. It took me two days to get an ice bucket, and also to get the microwave fixed. The guy at the front desk was attentive, but just not able to get things done in a hurry. Will I stay there again? Yes, I will. about a mile away is a Days Inn that is absolutely the most horrible place in all of Midland!

This place is disgusting!!!!! The rooms were gross, nothing worked, the staff did not give a s@#$ and the train ran all night to disrupt you when you finally dropped to sleep from the discomfort.

The room was not very net and clean the toilet would move when sat on. The tub was chipped and looked like it had mold. The ceiling had water damage in sleeping area

I travel all year for work for the last 14 years. This is in my top 3 worst hotel experiences. The property looked nothing like the pictures on *******. It was very dirty, and I felt unsafe the entire time.

The light by the bathroom didnt work, bedding seemed clean, the room was clean. The shower has amazing water pressure, loved that.

I ended up having to leave the property and not staying there. I had just had my keys done and used it on the door once and went to my car and came back and couldn’t get in my door. It would just flash red. If you try to call the hotel the line is busy. A lot of sketchy people outside in multiple different areas of the hotel. My room was super dirty and the bathtub was filthy, I couldnt even shower in it. Towels had stains. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Someone kept trying to open my door. I just felt very unsafe.

Missing safety equipment in the room (smoke detector not there). Trash building up behind the entertainment dresser and refrigerator. A boot barn receipt from 2019 was in the dresser drawer. The ceiling was falling in places. The only good thing was the water pressure and the daytime front desk association. She was very helpful.
