Hotel Milan dengan Gim

Very nice hotel in Milan, easy to reach the center by the near station. The restaurant ”eat to me” is very good, especially for the service of the kind Sonia and the great Miky (oldi) at the bar! I suggest the typical Italian dishes and the cocktails. We will for sure come back soon!

Terrible experiencia. El hotel no es malo, la ubicación un tanto lejos pero eso no es lo peor, sus equipos como sus cajas de seguridad no Funcionan y nos robaron 1000 dolares, estábamos desayunando cuando decido volver a la habitación a recoger mi celular llevarme la sorpresa de ver 4 integrantes del equipo de ama de llaves en la habitación, aunque lo notamos un poco extraño decidimos hacer caso omiso, al volver en la tarde a la habitación ya listos para ir a cenar uno de mis compañeros decide tomar efectivo de la caja fuerte y nota que le hace falta dinero al percatarnos de esto revisamos y nos habian tomado 1000 usd de las carteras guardadas dentro de la caja fuerte, bajamos a la recepción para pedir no podrían leer las aperturas de nuestra puerta y de la caja de seguridad junto con las camaras, a lo que nos contesta la señorita Giulia que por razones de seguridad en el pais de italia no podían hacer eso sin una denuncia en el ministerio público, así es... a las 9 pm fui a meter la denuncia de la cual regresé al hotel a las 3 am, el recepcionista en turno ya al tanto de la situación me pide una copia de dicha denuncia, a la mañana siguiente nos citaron la señorita Giulia y la señorita Sonia Bentaleb quien se presentó como la gerente en turno, despues de unos minutos de platicar y de que ellos no nos pudieran dar una respuesta en la lectura de la caja fuerte ellas nos dicen que no cuentan con esa tecnología... Procedimos a mostrarles un video de evidencia donde pudieron observar que su equipo fallaban al no bloquear la caja cuando se ingresaban los dígitos (Importante mencionar que dicho video se les fue facilitado) cuando esto sucedió la señorita Giulia nos comento lo siguiente ”vamos a contactara nuestra aseguradora para que les hagan la devolución de su dinero” y acto seguido fueron ambas a corroborar la falla del equipo en persona. Hemos sido muy pacientes ya que el tiempo transcurrido ha sido suficiente para que la aseguradora nos contacte y desafortunadamente no ha sido así por eso procedemos a este medio para recibir la atención necesaria, incluso la gerente de guest experience Elisa Zamurano nos ha contestado por email que la aseguradora nos contactaría ”in the next few days” a lo cual han transcurrido 36 días desde este correo sin mencionar que dicho suceso sucedio mucho antes y al momento no hemos tenido solución alguna. Tienen nuestros correos y seguimos contando con su compromiso como lo expresaron! TODO LO ANTERUOR OCURRIO EN OCTUBRE 2022 Y SIGO A LA ESPERA TIENEN MI WHATSAPP Y CORREO ELECTRÓNICO

Great hotel ! Good location and there’s a pasta pizza place that open till late nearby ( feels safer if you’re heading back after the sunset ) Walking distance to Centrale station which is good for those who are doing daily day trips . I love the coffee machine and biscuit . Hotel staff was good too! Highly recommend !

Location location location! It was our 1st time to Italy and we were so glad that the hotel is literally across the main train station. The shuttle buses for tours to Lake Como and even the shopping outlets were also across the hotel. Their standard rooms were a little small but we were hardly there. The restaurant and bar team were very helpful as they gave us Italian snacks to try with our drinks. Highly recommended for the fuss free who's goal is to explore the city!

Great service at front desk particularly Julia and her colleagues. Most helpful with information regarding shopping and food. Also great help during the train strike regarding arrangements of accommodation. Good breakfast selection. Room on the small side.

The rooms are very old and the furniture very worn. The bedside tables have no socket to be able to charge the mobile phone which can be charged in a socket at the back of the room and very far from the bed. The breakfast is served by the hotel staffs so cannot be called buffet breakfast. But one of the good thing is, hotel located at Duomo, very convenient.

Overall good hotel, the service was great but definitely not above and beyond or anything. The room was very spacious with lots of amenities like bath salts but unfortunately not toothpaste or toothbrushes. The bed was super comfy too and was spacious and designed well as you can turn all the lights off from the bed and there were USB ports nearby. The only downsides of this room is that outside it’s quite noisy and we could also hear banging upstairs. Additionally the ac wasn’t great so I was quite hot throughout the night.

The place was great. Center location of Milan, the staffs were nice and helpful. The room was tidy with style. The breakfast has lots of varieties. Overall, it’s great

Pros: 1. Very large room with affordable rates considering it was located within the city centre....and with big name 2. Friendly and fluent English speaking front desk staff. 3. Easy check in as I booked via Trip.com only 5 hours earlier. 4. My room has 2 conjoint single beds and an extra single bed (I didn't use it as I'm a solo traveller). Bed was comfortable and the pillow, eventhough a bit thin, still feel comfortable on it. 5. Large and modern bathroom. Amazing rain shower with immediately heated water. Plenty of toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap bar, bath gel)..only setback was no toothbrush. They provide a hair dryer and magnifying mirror. 5. Room was provided with kettle, sachets of coffee and tea plus with sugars. 6. Minibar was equipped with chips, chocolate bar, juices and beers (these were payment items) 7. The best part was the room has a large balcony. 8. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Need to be there early as the seat might be fully occupied. 9. They had a large lawn and garden between the main block and next block. If you have kids, they can play and run in this area. Small swimming pool here but was close during my visit. 10. They had spa and gymnasium. 11. You can rent a free bicycle to cycle around Milan. it took me just 10 minutes to cycle into Via Buenos Aires and another 5 minutes to Duomo. 12. They allowed my luggage to be kept in the store after checking out as my flight was at night. Cons 1. The nearest metro station is Turro which is located about 10 minutes walking if you come with a large luggage. 2. At first impression, the hotel did not appear to be like a typical version of the hotel from the outside, instead it looks like one of the neighbourhood blocks with a boring design. (However, once you enter it, your view changes 360°) 3. Breakfast has no variety on other days. Seems a repeated menu every morning. Overall, I was really satisfied to stay in this Ramada chain hotel. You will never regret staying here. Only distance might give you a second thought on it. But after staying here, this will be my repeated hotel if I will be back in Milan.

Sangat selesa dan susun atur bilik sangat berpatutan. Terdapat juga tab mandi, dan wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat ramah. serba lengkap. Amat disyorkan. Saya akan menempah hotel ini lain kali saya datang ke Milan
