酒店很新，設計十分高雅，有藝術感，飞甩雞毛旗下，供應品牌的面霜、眼霜跟手霜，很好用。但服務一般，不太到位，房務員英文講得不好，唔明我要咩，叫他們拿東西都等很久，結帳時，發現帳單有問題，mini bar沒用但收了費，當然，說了我們沒用，酒店也取消。有向酒店訂車，單程280幾歐，出發時讓司機順路接上一個住在附近（3分鐘就到）飯店的朋友，司機說可以，最後帳單多出130歐，就是為了順路接了我朋友，我很無語。最後因為酒店沒事先說要收這130歐，所以我堅持下，也不收了。總之，帳單是有點亂的，因為我退房時，碰到一旁一對夫婦也為了帳單問題跟他們在投訴，當時經理還說沒問題，旁邊夫婦提到他們住四季就不會出現這種情況，經理說他就是從四季來的，還一直堅持沒錯，最後證明還是錯了所以。anyway ，我就是覺得服務不怎樣了，配不上酒店的格調。

very noisy and smelly. althought the architecture is nice, unfortunatelly the rooms are surrounded by smelly and noisy restaurants (including grilled meat etc) and there is a continuos noise of carts going up and down, employees smoking and chating, and also often noise from building works. given the price,,,.

Portrait Milano is one of the best luxury hotels in Europe !!! We only stayed for three nights unfortunately. Coming from skiing in Courchevel, stayed at a luxury hotel and thought it couldn’t get any better, well… think again! First of all architecturally, this hotel is not like any hotel we’ve ever seen before. The court yard is spectacular, the grandeur of the whole property is magnificent and yet it felt so private and exclusive! The staff is super professional, friendly and attentive, especially Valeria , I believe she is one of the managers. She was always overseeing every little detail, always responding immediately when I reached out . There is nothing they wouldn’t do for their guests. This is exactly what luxury hotel experience should feel like! The rooms are perfection, the most comfortable bad and bad sheets are the highest quality! The spa is very very nice !!! Oh and the location of the hotel is spot on if you like to splurge and shop a little or a lot ;) Overall, incredible luxury experience! Love the hotel and their staff!!! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return!

Bed super comfortable. We are about to ask which brand they use because we slept so well and so quiet although being in the city center. Brilliant the team. All super fine. Staff very helpfull and excellent breakfast and views all over the place. Bar and restaurant all around the corner in the backyard.

Incredible. No Better Address In Milano. Truly a perfect experience - fromthe grand arrival entry in the historical seminary that educated Popes, to the stunning rooms with decadent use of marble and wonderful fabrics, to the helpful and kind staff to the bars and restaurants - all nestled in the Fashion District. Amazing hotel!!
