It's a bit far to walk to the center, but there's a metro station nearby. Cleanliness and other aspects are good. You can also leave your luggage, which is great.

A Terrifying stay in Milan The power outage occurred around 11:28 PM on June 28, 2026. Aside from the emergency light in the room turning on, the hotel didn't proactively notify us of the situation. The elevators stopped working, and hotel guests walked down to the lobby to find out what was happening. We learned that the entire street was experiencing a power outage. Hotel staff showed us a picture and estimated that power would be restored within an hour and a half. They had no choice and assistance but to wait. At 1:13 AM, the only emergency light in the room also went out, plunging the entire room into darkness. Power was finally restored around 1:30 AM. When we feel finally reliefed and returned to our room, we found the air conditioning completely out of service. We called the front desk, who explained that repairs were underway. Since we had to catch a train the next day, we went to sleep in the remaining cool of the air conditioning. At 4:00 AM, I woke up sweating and called the front desk again. They explained that they were also working on repairs but only expected someone to come and fix the air conditioning the next morning. Considering the weather in Milan… Staying on the first floor, we were in danger of both insects and external risk entering our room if we opened the window. We ended up resting in the room with bare fresh and cool air until 8:30 AM. The air conditioning was supposed to be back on between 4:00 and 8:30 AM, but that’s meaningless for us; The golden time for rest had already passed. What's unacceptable isn't the sudden power outage affecting the entire street—that could be considered an unforeseen event—but the hotel's reaction, They simply told us to wait the whole time. Even worse, at checkout, they said "all good" without offering any apology or compensation. We didn't try to get compensation from them because we didn't care about getting anything from them; we just felt that we have paid a normal price but received abnormal service. Therefore, I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel's handling of the situation; it's the worst hospitality experience I've ever had in my life. 停電時間約為2026 年23 點28 分左右， 除房間內緊急感應燈亮起外， 酒店完全沒有主動通知發生什麼事情， 電梯停運行，酒店住客紛紛步行下來到大堂了解， 得知整條街緊急停電狀況，酒店員工展示了這個圖片給我們，並預計在一個半小時內恢復通電， 他們也沒有辦法只能等，其間01:13 房間內的唯一緊急照明也關了， 代表整個房間只充滿着黑暗，最後大約在01:30 恢復整體通電， 當大家都滿心歡喜回到房間後發現冷氣運作完全失效，打電話給前台解釋搶修中，鑒於明天還要趕火車的我們在僅餘的冷氣餘溫下先睡了，半夜04:00被熱醒打電話給前台，解釋他們也在搶修中，但預計明天早上才會有人過來維修冷氣，想想在米蘭的天氣， 住一樓的我們打開窗既怕危險又怕昆蟲入室內，最後在封閉的房間內休息到早上八點半，冷氣應該是在四點至八點半之間恢復了，但又如何呢？最需要休息的黃金時間已經過去了，整件事情不能接受的並不是整條街的突然停電，因為這也可理解為不可抗力因素，但重點是酒店的應對策略，全程只叫我們等待； 更過分的事check out 的時候跟我們說了一句all good，然後並沒有表示任何歉意更不要說賠償了，沒有跟酒店力爭賠償的原因是並不屑在他們那邊獲取什麼，只是認為憑什麼我付了normal price but received abnormal service ? 因此對這個酒店的處理手法10分失望，是人生住過最差的體驗

The hotel is new and the staff are polite, but on the very first night, we found small bugs in our bed. The staff agreed to move us to another room. However, there were bugs there too. This is certainly not what we expected from a four-star hotel.

Very small room only 15m² for a double bedroom. We barely could put any baggage in the room. Almost no furniture and storage place. This 4 stars hotel has no open air and public space. Don't know how they get the stars. Bathroom very good and clean. One button shower is impressive. Average breakfast for 20 euro/person. I found a better place outside for 5 euro. Price is way too expensive. Friday is cheaper because often public transport strike. Don't come in Milan on Friday.

We booked this hotel in advance through the official platform and received a full confirmation email. When we arrived for check-in in the evening, the front desk informed us there were no available rooms left. They demanded we relocate to another hotel of the same group. While the hotel covered the taxi fare, this was a breach of contract that disrupted our evening rest plans. What made this experience worse was what happened at the relocated hotel (7 BA HOTEL). Upon entering the room and settling down, we started to realized that we had been assigned an accessibility room located in the absolute corner of the floor, directly next to the fire exit door. All bathroom fixtures—the toilet, showerhead, and sink—were at non-standard heights and arranged in an awkward, impractical layout that made daily use extremely inconvenient. We paid the full standard room rate, yet were given a special-needs room without any prior notice or consent. Staff are nice, friendly, full of smile, polite. Great location, close to metro. Very new hotel and clean.
