1. Location is good, 5 min walk from Milano Centrale, easy to take the train to airport. 2. Room is small, with confused buttons to turn on the lights. Some doors may even hardly be opened fully. Facilities are old. 3. Cannot take the key outside the hotel, you should leave it at the front desk before you go out. 4. Stairs before the main entrance, not good if you are traveling with a heavy suitcase. Overall, it is ok to stay for one night if you have to take a train early next day, while it is not a good idea to stay for more than one day, especially you are here in Milano for tourism.

The hotel is located next to the Milan Centrale Station and there are good food in the surrounding streets. Unfortunately, there were water leak from somewhere under the tub (both showering and bath tub). When I reported to the reception on the following day, the attendant on duty questioned me why I did not report the issue to them the night before (which would be around 11pm). There was no apology offered (not sure if it is cultural).

The hotel room has odor smell and very hot. I have to open the window and noise sound could not let me sleeping. aeverything is old. I was trying to ask change the room. But they were denied. It was a bad experience. Would never stay there.

the location which is just opposite of the railway station and Metro station is very good, staff was kindness and helpful, the breakfast was good thought not variety but more than enough. You can find some food stores, supermarkets and 24 hours food court near by.

Very near to milano central train station. But if you’re Asian Chinese. Skip this hotel and try other area. Not FRIENDLY staff and Not a safe area to stay.

Reception staff, need to be more friendly and approachable other then that the hotel is in a good location 

It's a great location to stay for a short time to transfer to another place. Staff are very polite and great service! Hygiene wise I found opened water bottles in the fridge, which made me stay away from the provided drinking water bottles. Overall good to stay near the Milan central station.

The location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from Milan Central Station. The location is fantastic. But the room I stayed in was much smaller than the picture and the facilities were old. But the staff were kind.

This hotel is so near Milano Centrale, you’ll find parking space of that station and this hotel besides it. The building looks old, television inside the room is quite small. Good for short stay.

朝食の種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです！ ホテル自体はとても歴史があり古いですが、きれいに清掃されていました。 広さもスーツケース二つを広げれる充分なスペースがあります。 アメニティは歯ブラシ、石鹸、シャンプー類などがありました。 スリッパはありません。 フライトが遅れ夜中に到着し、チェックイン時間が過ぎていましたが対応していただき、スタッフの方は愛想もよかったです。 ミラノ中央駅がとても近いので便利なホテルでした。
