Ulasan Casual Eclettico Milano

After a nightmare morning, I was warmly welcomed at the hotel by a very helpful and friendly receptionist, who recommended a nearby sandwich store (which was tasty) while I waited for check in to open up. Room itself was basic, but clean. Only quibble was A/C didnt work too well. Fine location with a 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale and about 25 minutes to the Duomo plaza. Plenty of eateries and shopping nearby.

The hotel is so clean, and the staffs are very kind and friendly. The hotel is near to the Train station and very Close about 30 mns to the famous touristic spots.

I love this hotel. It is located centrally and the receptionist was accommodating. The room was clean and there was a hot water in the shower. There’s also an electric kettle and teas and coffees, a safety deposit box to keep my valuable things such as my passport and purse. The Wi-Fi in the room was fast enough. I would recommend this place.

A deposit of €150 has been taken from me which was supposed to be refunded but not yet received it back in my card. I would request to refund it asap. I checked in at around 2:am on 3rd June, I opted for late check out, hotel informed that late check out can be possible max till 14:00 and they changed €50 for that, in the morning when asked to extend my reservation till next day, they didn't adjust the amount €50 which I gave for late check out, on top of that they charged me €110 more for this extension, I would have expected better service here.

The location was very good and the staff were friendly.

Very close to the Milano Centrale what helps a lot and also close to the metro station. The room was great, just a bit dark. The bathroom is clean, however to take shower it was a bit difficult because showers faucet was really hard to open/close, and how there's no curtains the bathroom got wet

L'albergo ha delle buone potenzialità però mi è stata assegnata una stanza diversa da quella della prenotazione in quanto dicono che loro non lavorano con TRIP.com. Peccato il voto poteva essere migliore. Saluti, GB

Molto bella la hall ma peccato le camere siano ancora non ristrutturate, sebbene siano molto pulite ma poco confortevoli

這麼多年，第一次花兩千多，住這麼差的房間。還好衹睡了五六個小時就離開了，家居展期間，酒店價格都翻倍的漲，第二天還要680 歐一晚，貴的離譜！

真的是有史以來住過最差的酒店，隔音效果太差，地下地鐵在跑的聲音很大，真的搞不懂這樣的酒店攜程標這個價格。 ***還落了一瓶沐浴露在那裡，洗澡放沐浴露的地方很高，沒注意，這個酒店實在太小，太差，我都沒拍圖片。
