Ulasan Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale

It's a bit of a walk from Milano Centrale Station, but the path is flat, so getting there with luggage was no problem at all. The room was spacious and clean, and having a bathtub was especially nice for a Japanese person. The gym in the basement was small but empty, and the equipment was sufficient for a light workout, which was great.

Had a great stay at Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale. The hotel is nice and clean, with a modern and comfortable atmosphere. Its location is very convenient — less than a 10-minute walk from Milan Centrale station, even when traveling with luggage. There are also several delicious pizza restaurants nearby, as well as a small supermarket, which made things very convenient. The only minor downside is that there are stairs at the main entrance, but the hotel does provide a lift for wheelchair users, and the bell staff are very helpful in assisting with luggage. The room was also a little smaller than expected, but it was well maintained and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would still recommend this hotel.

Was told there are SPA, they didn’t mentioned the price not until when we tried to book, also, it’s only available after certain time, not in the morning, a bit disappointed

3 nights stay, met expectation with the price paid. Room is abit small, but that’s known during booking. Nothing negative to comment.

Comfortable hotel. Even though we arrived early, the staff tried to give us a room as soon as possible. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The location is close to many restaurants, cafés, and public transportation. You can easily travel to many places because the hotel is close to the tram, city center, and bus stop. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the spa! You have to pre-book a slot, it’s only open from 5pm and it’s €30 per person per visit. If you check the small print it does say there is an additional fee…but I think it’s very misleading. Also all the adverts show people drinking in the spa- you couldn’t unless you bought the €180 champagne and fruit package. Apparently it’s safer to have a full glass bottle in a spa than two glasses…! We were told on the first night that breakfast could not be ordered to your room and room service was only available from 12pm. The location is a bit far away from everything but near the central station so that’s handy if you’re travelling by train. The rooms were nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Jean on reception was especially helpful.

The hotel is very close to Milan Central Station, less than a 10-minute walk away. A great perk was the mini-bar being replenished daily with 6 complimentary bottles of mineral water, soda, and other beverages.

The room is a bit small, it will block the walk way if I open my luggage.
