Rooms are good, but room service and lady on reception was horrible. Doesn’t even provide single complementary water bottles. When you ask, they say you have to pay (it’s written in the room sir!). Worst of this, when I paid and ask to bring sparkling water to my room, they sent me still water. No kettle or coffee in the room. Not worth a 4 star hotel. Horrible room service. They didn’t even clean my room, even through I put tag outside the door to make up my room while leaving. I think the cleaning lady came and just reversed the tag to “DND”. Never gonna book with them again.

I personally would not recommend Hotel Da Vinci based on my experience. Although I informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive late in the night due to my delayed flight and specifically requested a room away from the lift, I was initially given a completely different room from the one I had booked and paid for — located right next to the lift. The room was large, but very dark in style and not at all what was advertised. The amenities were also disappointing. There were no slippers, no coffee facilities, no iron, no electric kettle.,no coffee/tea,no dental kit, and many of the amenities listed for my room type were missing. The room only had one bottle of water in the “mini-bar.” The next morning, I was told at breakfast that I was not on the list and that breakfast was not included, even though I had already paid for three breakfasts. I had to go back and forth between the breakfast area and reception before the issue was finally resolved. The breakfast itself was also very disappointing. The selection was not varied at all, and the breakfast staff did not feel welcoming or polite. I often felt uncomfortable, as they kept watching guests closely and made it feel like they were waiting for you to finish eating as quickly as possible, rather than creating a relaxed atmosphere. Thankfully, one receptionist was very kind and professional. She showed me alternative rooms, including the room type I had originally booked, helped me change rooms, and provided slippers and extra toiletries when I asked. I really appreciated her help. The location is also not ideal, around a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station and quite far from the centre in a quiet area. Overall, after my experience, I would not stay here again.

Everything was great – room service, lobby, facilities – but it's really out of the way and a bit far. However, that's reflected in the hotel's good price. It's right next to the train station, and about a 15-minute walk to the subway.

My wife and I were very excited about our stay at Hotel DaVinci for our honeymoon across Europe! This being a 4-star hotel, we were comfortable and ready for our stay. Unfortunately, we were utterly disappointed with our stay when my wife woke me up to bed bugs crawling on our bed, to the find more babies as we did a deeper check (DO NOT STAY ROOM 735!!) We went to get this solved with a manager with hopes of some kind of compensation, and no manager was available to help. We were given the managers email and have yet to hear back still after getting told we’d get a response by 8am. Very unfortunate and uncleanly stay, recommend you stay elsewhere.

I chose the largest room. Although the facilities are a bit old, they have everything you need. The hotel doesn't offer much else, but it boasts a large courtyard and a spacious paid parking lot at the back. Actually, there's free parking available outside the paid lot. Tip: The breakfast is quite average, so you might want to skip it.

This hotel offers great value for money in Milan. It’s conveniently located near the city center, just a short walk from the nearest metro (Comasina - yellow line) or bus stop. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend it. Also, there is a nice café not far Alba nar.

Good! Many beautiful Art pieces! Breakfast was nice! Room is very big. Excellent service! Little far from Metro station, about 700m. McDonald near Metro station. Keep it up!

The hotel is very big and little far from center and 15 minute walk from the Comasina yellow line metro station the breakfast was delicious it was beautiful hotel overall

The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were just average. The hotel's location is a bit too out of the way. For the price, getting such a large room offers decent value for money, though. There's a Conad City supermarket nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the S2 train station; it's right outside the exit. However, if you need to get to the M3 subway station, it's a much longer walk, probably around 15 minutes.

Yes, it's maybe beautiful on the inside. When you walk in, but there are no accommodations in the rooms. The rooms are a horrible experience. No coffee, only one pillow, no accommodations like you would see at any other hotel. My opinion honestly, if you're solo traveler, and you just wanted a cheap place just to crash, literally, go anywhere else. This is just it's not a good place to recover.

Very bad experience – not a real 4-star hotel I stayed at this hotel in Da Vinci and I’m very disappointed. When I checked in, everything seemed fine, but later when I asked reception for help, one of the staff members entered my room and after that, I noticed that money was missing from my bag. I reported it to reception, but they didn’t take me seriously, didn’t apologize, and were very disrespectful. The room was also very dirty – the bathtub had hair and was not cleaned properly. The wardrobe door was broken, and the bed setup was wrong. I booked a double bed, but it felt like a single one. The room only had two small pillows and didn’t match what a 4-star hotel should provide. The building looks nice from outside, but inside it’s terrible. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I would not even give this hotel one star. I really regret spending my money here. Please be careful if you stay here — do not leave your bag or valuables unattended.

I stayed here during a trade show, and at 3000 RMB a night, it was worse than a hostel! The room smelled awful, and the bedsheets had a strong greasy, stew-like odor every day. The bed and curtains were covered in dust; I don't usually have allergies, but I broke out in a rash on my arm on the very first day! The stay was terrible. I tried to check out early due to the room issues and asked Ctrip to resolve it, but the hotel refused.

The room was spacious, and the facilities were decent. Breakfast was alright. It's fine for a temporary stay, especially since the price is usually quite low.

Booked this for a friend, and they absolutely loved it! They said the hotel environment was great, very clean and tidy, and housekeeping did an excellent job. They'd definitely come back again if they have the chance!
