Ulasan Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan

The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

Splendid!!!!! I’m kinda wordless but just highly recommend this extraordinary hotel! It’s located at the center of Milan city center. 2 minutes walk to the central station. 15minites drive to the Milan cathedral and shopping district. Very good scenery at the restaurant patio on 7th floor. All the staff are too nice to believe. Greeting and smiling all the time, very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and macaroons every day! Issam and every staff from the reception is so helpful. Concierge and velvet parking are also fantastic! They helped me to mail the postcard, which surprised me. Although the hotel is pricy, I still strongly recommend and I personally ensure that I will be back in the near future. Love ya, excelsior hotel, and all people there!!!

Here for a photoshoot for my wedding, stayed in this hotel. Amazing throughout ,very nice.

Good service for foreignerThis is one of the cleanest hotels ever! It's beautiful and the people are friendly. They have a beautiful van that takes you downtown. The breakfast is delicious. The room is big. The bathroom is modern. Housekeeping service is absolutely over the top. They make the room shine.

バースデーだと伝えたら部屋にケーキが届きました。 フレンドリーで良いサービス、駅のすぐそばなので色々な所に行きたい人にはとても便利！

酒店還行，比較精緻和典雅。位置不錯，旁邊交通方便，但我説的是公共交通。打車極不方便，整個米蘭就沒多少出租車

酒店離火車站很近，服務好 ，房間大，物品齊全，早餐不錯，比較典型的萬豪旅享家系列。唯一的缺點暖氣弱一點。

絕對的五星體驗，酒店硬件和服務都非常棒，雖然米蘭治安總體很一般，但瑕不掩瑜，對了，6樓有一個sky bar，可以看百花大教堂，風景很好，建議去一下

サンマルコの目の前にあります。ロケーションは最高ですが、ホテルの入口が非常に分かりにくく雨の中1時間以上さまよったあげくホテルに電話したら女のスタッフの方にキレられ電話を切られたので再度掛け直したら今度は別の男のスタッフさんが出て迎えに来てくれホテルまで案内して頂きました。ホテルにはロビーなどなくカードキーで裏路地にあるドアをあけすぐエレベーターでワンフロアに一部屋しかありません。部屋が良かっただけに最初のスタッフさんの印象がとても悪く残念です。
